Large and beautiful 6 bedroom villa in the heart of Pattaya, for families and friends. The villa is ideally located between the famous pedestrian street (5 min) and Jomtien beach (5 min) or Pratumnak beach (3 min) by scooter. it is only 1 km.

Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops.
It is very easy to leave the villa to visit Pattaya, go shopping or go to the beach.
We have in the residence a service of taxis, rent of scooters and collective taxis near the villa.
Near the villa, you will find very good restaurants open mornings, midday and evenings as well as small supermarkets 7-Eleven.

Quiet, in a superb villa residence secured 24/24. Free parking on site.
The villa has a beautiful private pool and a tropical garden.
Beautiful outdoor terrace with possibility of a barbecue by the pool.
Large living room, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes ...).

Very nice Villa

Everything about the villa was same as the pictures. Communication with staff was great. Nice place surrounded by other villas. Safety was no problem and I have no complaints.

Nice house, great communication with staff

It was a very nice house, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The minus was the lack off full equipment for 12 people. There were not enough forks and knives, but was fixed very fast, and the lack off chairs outside was not that great.But other than that, it was a great visit!

Pattaya family vacation

Thai family vacation. Lovely property grounds and architecture in home. The pool was wonderful for the family. We used grab to get to beach. Too far to walk. The kitchen and pool table area are much smaller in life than the pictures. A deposit of almost 26% of rental price paid was asked for at checkin, which surprised me. I did receive that money back at checkout. Also, you will be asked to pay for electricity during your stay at a rate of 7 baht per kilowatt hour.
