Beautiful, charming house with stunning views and Terrace

The house and the panoramic terrace offer excellent comfort, all recently decorated and renovated to provide you a maximum of pleasure on 220m2. It is situated in the lovely tiny village of Oupia, center of Minervois.
You'll enjoy a marvellous panoramic view from the terrace, perfect for a sunset apero.
Situated in the heart of the village, the house offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 wc, large spaces, and an amazing view on the church and on all the countryside up to the Château of Beaufort and the black Mountains.
Lovely walks in the fantastic countryside, in the garrigue just walking out the village . In Oupia, the Restaurant Epicerie on the place de l'église has terrasse for cafés, apéros, wines and also very good meals. Camion de pizza every friday on the Place, time to enjoy a lovely evening in the shade of the hundred-year-old plane tree to the sound of the cicadas.
Supermarkets, banks, local shops at 1,5 km in the next village. Lake swimming 5 min drive, fantastic river for canoing nearby.
Beach, Cathar village of Minerve classée plus beau village de France also boating on the Canal du Midi. Carcassonne castle, (40min airport), Montpellier 1h 15min. lovely home in a little town

Lovely home with a beautiful view from the big roof terrace. Close to Minerve and a lot off nice restaurants in the surroundings. The region is great for walks with the dogs. We had a great time!

Ein wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus, mit vielen Details, die es zu entdecken gab und sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Oupia ist ein freundlicher kleiner Ort mit einem sehr lebendigen kleinen Restaurant/Café, in dem man frühstücken, Mittagessen und Abendessen kann. Insgesamt herausragend!

Maison chaleureuse!

Cette belle maison rayonne de chaleur et est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et d'authenticité. Il est situé au milieu du beau village d'Oupia où règne une atmosphère agréable. Depuis la belle terrasse du toit, vous avez une vue sur le clocher de l'église et une vue magnifique sur les vignobles et le château de Beaufort ! De là, vous pouvez faire de belles promenades dans la nature sauvage et les vignobles. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la charmante propriétaire et elle nous a toujours tenus informés des activités à Oupia. À quelques pas de là se trouve la place du village avec une épicerie où l'on organise régulièrement quelque chose et où des musiciens locaux assurent une ambiance agréable. Toller Urlaub

Schönes Haus mit geschmackvoller Inneneinrichtung - die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum! Viele Treppen - also leider nicht unbedingt etwas für Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern - aber auch ganz viel Platz. In der Küche ist alles zu finden, was gesucht wird. Die Vermieterin ist ein Schatz, Supermarkt und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant (Ty Zac) sind in Olonzac nur drei Autominuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet endroit charmant et très bien situé . La maison est décorée avec goût dans un village charmant et calme pour découvrir cette belle région . Wonderful

Beautiful small town. The house has a very nice atmosphere and a stunning rooftop terrace. House is less suitable for young children because of many steps and stairs.

Très belles prestattions

La demeure est très confortable, tres bien fournies. Nous avons tout sous la main, tout est propre. Le village est au calme, petit ( ne chercher pas de boulangerie mais une épicerie ou l'on trouve de tout et qui vous ravitaille en boulangerie quotidiennement), mais très agréable. Un grand plaisir.

LOVELY FAMILY STAY

mille mercis pour votre havre de paix, la maison est superbe, les pièces sont SPACIEUSES et très lumineuses. Nous avons adoré nous promener autour du vILLAGE sur des magnifiques chemins de campagne. Sans parler de la terrasse qui tous les jours nous a permis de profiter d'une vue incroyable sur les vignes et le Château de Beaufort au loin. De l'autre côté c'est l'église qui nous éclairait tous les soirs, c'était merveilleux. Nous reviendrons sur la période esivale l'année prochaine. A très bientôt Emmanuel Richet,

Nous avons découvert cette magnifique région, encore préservée, ensoleillée, qui s'en si bon le thym, le romarin et les fleurs de jeunet. Nous aimons ces champs d'oliviers, ces bons vins naturels, ces fromages de chèvre et les figues blanches , noires ou vertes que l'on trouve partout dans la campagne. Nous avons rénové cette jolie et grande maison de village et nous y passons beaucoup d'instants merveilleux au son des cigales...
