Between sea and mountains, our villa has just been built, it is located in a village in the middle of the vineyards and garrigue.La villa is fully air-conditioned.
It has three bedrooms with large bed, large cupboard, as well as flat screen TV in each room, a laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchen open to the living room with crockery, oven, microwave, completely new appliances, two large outdoor terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Large garden with children's swing and petanque court.
The plot is fully fenced and gated with a sliding gate.
In the village you will find restaurant, grocery store with bread depot, post office with tobacconist, children's playground, tennis court and bowling green.
4 km from the Canal du Midi
7km from Lézignan with many shops
25 km from Narbonne
30 km from Carcassonne City
10 minutes away swimming lake with many activities and shaded picnic areas.
Sea 40 minutes away.
River 10 minutes away for swimming.
Large supermarket 7km away Intermarché, liddl, aldi, Carrefour.
Spanish border 1h30 away by motorway
Traditional market every Tuesday 7km away in Olonzac every Wednesday in Lezignan

Villa tout confort au calme Villa

Villa neuve tout confort à l'extérieur d'un magnifique petit village. Idéale pour des vacances et des courts séjours. A deux pas des grands sites et des nombreux chemins de randonnées. Je la recommande sans hésitation. Les hôtes sont très agréables et disponibles.

Calme et agréable

Jolie petite maison dans les vignes, mais près du village, très confortablement meublée et avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer une super séjour ailleurs, mais avec le confort et la facilité de sa propre maison.

Une très jolie petite maison neuve , soignée et aménagée avec goût .

Nous avons passé un mois au calme , cette maison est accueillante et lumineuse , tout est là pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour ; les propriétaires sont prévenants et très sympathiques . Un grand merci à eux .
