This stylish apartment is located at Via Carducci 42, in the city centre, near the river, a 5-minute walk from the main attractions: Piazza Erbe, Juliet’s House, the Roman Theatre, the Archaeological Museum, Giardino Giusti, Ponte Pietra (an ancient Roman stone bridge), and San Pietro Hill (with its beautiful viewpoint). The apartment is 110 sq. and features an entryway, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a 50-inch TV and a sofa bed (195x143 cm), as well as 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed (203x89 cm) that converts to a double.
The apartment is cleaned with specific sanitisers and, in accordance with health guidelines, a 3-day gap is left between each reservation.
The building and apartment are brand new, modern, and fully equipped with all amenities (A/C, heating with touch-screen thermostat, Wi-Fi, motorised roller shutters). The apartment is on the ground floor and has an lift. It overlooks a courtyard, making it particularly quiet. It is elegantly furnished and decorated. An underground parking space (5 m x 2.5 m x 2.18 m) for an average-sized car inside the building is included in the rate and features video surveillance.
Please note that some SUVs (Touareg, Cayenne, etc.) or estate cars may be difficult to park here! Please contact us in advance if you have an SUV or estate car longer than 4.30 mt
. You can reserve a second parking space for 12 Euro per night.

The bed in the master bedroom is large and comfortable, featuring a new double memory foam mattress. It measures 170 x 200 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a bed for 1 or 2 people (1 adult and 1 child or 2 children).
It measures 195 x 143 cm. When making your reservation, please let us know if the additional guests would like to sleep together or separately!
There are no blinds on the windows in the small room.
The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a toaster, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas (free of charge), a coffee maker, a microwave with a grill, an oven, and a dishwasher. Frying is discouraged. Please leave the kitchen clean and place the dishes you used in the dishwasher; insert a tablet and turn it on.
Please do not turn on more than one appliance at the same time, as the power may be cut off due to overloading (electricity metres in Italy typically support 3 kW).
If you enjoy reading, you’ll find several books in the bookcase.
In my stylish bathrooms, you’ll also find soaps, shampoo, and a hair dryer. There’s even a heated towel rack!
Please note that there is only one shower in the house.
In the smaller bathroom, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer.
Guests can also use self-check-in; in this case, they’ll find the keys in the key box.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. However, if there are two of you, I would appreciate it if you did not use the second bedroom. Thank you

In the apartment, you’ll find a city map and brochures highlighting some wonderful nearby attractions, as well as a list of my favourite restaurants and bars
. Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to provide a photo of your ID card or passport for registration purposes.
You’ll also be asked to pay the tourist tax: 3.50 euros per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights. Children 14 years old and under stay free of charge.
If you lose the keys or fail to return them, you will be charged 80 Euro for the replacement keys I have to make.
