We are Julia and Nicolo, the owners of this new and renovated apartment "Blue House - Terrace Apartment" located in the heart of the historic center of Verona less than 10 minutes' walk from the Arena and all the main attractions.
This holiday home called "King Lear- Terrace Apartment" for the beautiful terrace from which you can admire the center of Verona and its hills, offers a comfortable and perfect stay to visit the historic center of the city, in fact we are less than 10 minutes away. walk from the Verona Arena and all the main attractions. In addition, the four-poster bed from a romantic touch in the city of love.!

"King Lear - Terrace Apartment" is equipped with everything, gives the possibility for one to 4 people to be able to stay comfortably and stop in a flash in all the destinations surrounding the city of Verona, Lake Garda, Venice, Milan, thanks to proximity to the Verona Porta Nuova station (about 1km).
For those coming by car parking Court just € 18 per 24 hours.

"King Lear - Terrace Apartment" is as follows:
a kitchen equipped throughout and with table.
In the kitchen there is also a double sofa bed.
Family Room with double bed in BALDACCHINO plus 2 single beds
a beautiful terrace with double access from both the bedroom and the kitchen with a view of Verona, a bathroom with a washing machine.

Apartment was very clean. Easy check in. They were very accommodating to my early check in. Communication with the host was quick. Fairly close to the city center and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. Great coffee shop below the apartment. Would stay there again.

The only problem was check-in, a 15-minute walk from the property. We left our luggage in the office, arriving early, but we are not young, so by the time we were finished crossing the city on foot with luggage, we were quite exhausted

the apartment is very simple: 2 rooms (bedroom with 3 beds, kitchen) and a bathroom. the balcony would really be nice in cooler weather. the bathroom is big enough. the furnishings are pretty much IKEA which means (to me) simple and affordable. there is no sitting area other than the kitchen table. not sure where you would put a sofa or easy chair anyway. the tv is in the bedroom, which for some people might be inconvenient. you do need to provide all of things for yourself like napkins, paper towels, laundry detergent, cooking supplies. the grocery story is several blocks away but is well equipped. for a tourist this is. a good apartment to know about

I absolutely adored this property and host team. After staying in a studio elsewhere, this apartment sincerely felt like a palace. The view is amazing, the area is quiet and walkable (with at least a million stores/restaurants and the train station less than half an hour away), and we had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable. Great bathroom with a solid shower and washer, gorgeous kitchen well-stocked with incidentals, and an insanely comfy bed pillows. Getting in couldn't have been easier thanks to the provided video, and Claudia was super responsive when we needed her. Thank you for providing this property!!

Pro: tolle Lage und Aussicht, schöne Wohnung, unkomplizierter Check-in, Sauberkeit war (außer in der Küche) gut.Kontra: Anfang Oktober ist es in der Wohnung abends/nachts recht kalt geworden, Heizung hat aber noch nicht funktioniert und es waren nur dünne Bettdecken/Tagesdecken vorhanden. Die Küche und das Besteck waren ziemlich dreckig, auf den Stühlen und dem Besteck waren Essensreste. Die Spüle und die Flächen haben wir erstmal ordentlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war dürftig, außer 3 Paketen Salz gab es nichts an Gewürzen. Wir haben der Wohnung zumindest Öl und Pfeffer gesponsert. Keine neuen Mülltüten zum Wechseln vorhanden, falls man zwischendurch mal Müll weg bringen möchte. Unterm Strich aber trotzdem eine grundsätzlich tolle Wohnung und ein gutes Angebot, wir würden wiederkommen.

A wonderful short break in Verona

Casa Bellavista is a bright, modern, well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the Arena and the old city. A lovely super clean apartment not far from the centre of Verona. A well equipped kitchen with all the amenities that are needed for self catering. A good sized bathroom with an amazing view of Verona from the bathroom window. A washing machine that was very handy so you don’t return home with a suitcase full of dirty washing. The double bed was very comfortable and the air con was excellent .A lovely little balcony tops off this great apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Praktische Unterkunft zum fußläufig erreichbaren Stadtzentrum

Die etwas nüchtern möblierte Wohnung besticht durch ihre günstige, ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit und die wunderbare Aussicht von Schlafzimmer und kleinem Balkon über die Veroneser Dächer auf die Veroneser Hügellandschaft. Aufenthalte in der Wohnung wären sicher noch schöner, verfügte diese über ein Plätzchen, an dem es sich außerhalb des Bettes entspannt bequem machen könnte. Wir hatten allerdings vierzehn Tage Frühsommerwetter, sodass sich dieses Manko für uns kaum bemerkbar machte.
