Domaine Laubaro is situated on 1.5 hectares of land, nestled in the rolling countryside with beautiful views. It offers a charming blend of authentic French details and modern comforts. The house has a floor area of 110 square metres, providing ample space for 6 adults. The house features spacious XL beds, each 210 cm long, for a restful night’s sleep. There is a new heated pool. This saltwater pool measures 12 by 4 metres. The pool is shared only with the other holiday home on the estate. From the spacious pool terrace, you can enjoy views of the hills and a walnut orchard. Next to this holiday home, on the other side of the courtyard, there is one other cottage, La Noisette. The private terraces are situated to ensure optimal privacy for guests. A place to truly unwind!

You enter into the spacious kitchen with a bar and three stools. This fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with all modern conveniences, including a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, and an oven/grill combination with a microwave. A wide selection of kitchenware is also available. Next to the kitchen is the first bathroom.

A step leads you into the living room. This used to be where the cows were sheltered during the winter. Now it features a spacious dining area, a comfortable corner sofa, and a wood-burning stove. There is a (Smart) TV with Netflix and other streaming services. The cabinet is stocked with books and games for all ages. Domaine Laubaro is also located in an area with 4G coverage.

From the living room, a wide staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom is the 15 m² master bedroom and features an en suite bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and sink. It has a closet and an extra-long double bed measuring 180 x 210 cm.

The second bedroom is approximately 12 m² and features two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm that can be pushed together if desired. This room also has a closet. The window offers a beautiful view of the green hills.

The third bedroom is approximately 12 m². This room overlooks the courtyard and has a double bed measuring 180 by 200 cm.

Guests have access to a new washing machine. Detergent is included. The small fee we charge for this service is donated to charity.

Starting this summer, you can charge your car at a reasonable rate.
