Lovely hilltop villa immersed in a private wood.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the Umbria countryside and take a dip in our scenic pool before a barbecue in the shade.
In the evenings snuggle in front of the fireplace or sit on the porch watching a sky full of stars miles away from the stress of the city.

The Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, the pool and the whole property, that includes 1 acre of woods (fenced).
Dogs are welcome and will love to run around freely and safely.

Narni is an ancient town on the Via Flaminia, full of history, amazing sights, treks and, of course, local delicacies.

The villa is 5 minutes drive from the closest mini-market and restaurant. The nearest town Narni is just a 10 minutes drive away. The train from Rome stops there, at the station of Narni-Amelia

We really enjoyed returning to this lovely property with its completely stunning views and excellent pool. We had a few teething troubles initially however Nino was, as before, easy to contact and very quick to sort everything out to our satisfaction. We had an excellent stay .

Excellent location and ideal host

The property is in an outstanding location with amazing views and a great swimming pool. The views were stunning with fantastic sunsets. Instructions were clear and accurate with independent check-in which suited us well. The house is quirky, characterful, exceptionally comfortable, well equipped, and with plenty of good outdoor spaces. Luciano kept the pool clean and was unobtrusive. All round an excellent villa.

Peaceful and wonderful

We wish we stayed longer. This house has got character and the private pool was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent he made sure that everything worked fine for us even during our stay. Would love to plan a longer vacation again another time. Highly recommend this villa.

Traumhaftes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen typisch italienischen Haus. Wir haben das Haus unter Anderem wegen dem Sitzbereich draussen gewählt und es war einfach traumhaft. Mit Antonino hatten wir zudem einen sehr sympathischen und professionellen Ansprechpartner für alle Belange, der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und das hat mit 3 Bädern sehr gut gepasst. Vielen Dank!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison très confortable. Toutes les pièces sont très spacieuses. La vue depuis la terrasse à l orée de la forêt est splendide. Quant à la piscine … merci pour ces belles vacances.

È stato tutto impeccabile. Accoglienza e pulizia perfetti, la dimora spaziosa, senza fronzoli ma curata in tanti particolari. Bellissima la piscina. Siamo stati molto bene in 7 + cane,. Fabuleux séjour

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette belle maison. Nous étions 2 familles (9 personnes en tout dont 5 adolescents) et tout est adapté pour un groupe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a plusieurs espaces de vie à l’intérieur. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine qui est très bien équipée ! L’environnement extérieur est incroyable : terrasse ombragée, grande piscine, tout cela implanté en haut d’une colline verdoyante où nous nous sentions seuls au monde. La proximité de la gare de Narni-Amelia (15 minutes de la maison) nous a permis de prendre le train à 2 reprises pour nous rendre à Rome facilement. La communication avec le propriétaire est facile et il s’est rendu très disponible aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour. Ses collaborateurs sur place sont accueillants et serviables. Bref, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Lovely house on the hill

We had a lovely time in this family home. The outside area is amazing with spectacular views. Inside is more rustic, but oozes love nonetheless. Both us and our young children had a great time. Antonio is also very helpful.

Pace e relax in un luogo incantevole

Sono stata in vacanza per 10 giorni con la mia famiglia: figli, genitori e nipoti, dai 5 mesi agli 80 anni. La casa è in un luogo incantevole, in cima a una collina, in mezzo a un bosco, ma con una vista aperta e bellissima che arriva fino al monte Soratte. E' stata una vacanza di pace e relax, la casa è molto grande e permette anche a famiglie numerose come la mia di avere ognuno il proprio spazio, per poi ritrovarsi in piscina (stupenda!) o a tavola sotto al pergolato. La cucina è perfettamente accessoriata, c'è davvero di tutto per preparare e cucinare. In più, abbiamo trovato anche qualcosa nella dispensa così che al nostro arrivo non abbiamo dovuto subito fare la spesa. Silenzio e tranquillità ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno. Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole una vacanza in mezzo alla natura ma con i comfort di una vera casa.
