Just excellent

We have just returned from an 11 night stay which we loved and we can highly recommend this property and the its host Marco. We were group of 14, mix of adults and teenagers and there was loads of room (the house/rooms are even bigger than they look in the pictures), with plenty of common areas for both eating outside and enjoying the views. House is in beautiful condition and has a great pool area and pool where we spent a lot of time in the hot weather. Location is also great, quiet, but yet the shops/train station/restaurants are only 10-15 mins away and the area around is stunning. Marco is the perfect host, promptly answered all our questions before we arrived, booked an excellent local restaurant for my wife's birthday, arranged a cook to come to the house and prepare a meal for us as well as giving us lots of local tips and hints and helping us with any questions we had. Just book you won't regret it.

Fabulous

We spent two fabulous weeks at Podere Costa Romano. The villa was exceptional in both the accommodations and location. We were a group of twenty which included adults, teenagers and children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We used the villa as a home base. Our choice to stay was made easier by the owner's help and his description and knowledge of the property and surrounding area. Through him we arranged transportation and tours and were very satisfied. The pool was wonderful and was cleaned daily. The views from the property were impressive. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Umbria. There are many wonderful restaurants and stores in the area.
