Holiday home in a quiet and peaceful area within walking distance to the sea at Bjerge Sydstrand. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can easily be joined to make double beds. The house has tiled floors throughout and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and heat pump, making it suitable for longer stays all year round. Large fenced plot with an enclosed pond and a spacious lawn with room for play. The house features a closed garden room and a partially covered terrace with access from the kitchen. Within a 10-minute walk, there are dining options and an ice cream shop during the summer months. The area is especially good for trout fishing. The house is not rented out to youth groups. It is equipped with a satellite family TV package that includes Danish, German, and children's channels. There is no internet in the house. A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
