The house has a wood burning stove and air pump to minimize electricity consumption, as well as a good separate kitchen and large well-appointed dining and living room. The annex is not isolated. The house has good terraces on both sides of the house, so you can always face the sun. The plot is fenced so that the pets can not slip out.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
