Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: "Welcome to "Seven Saturdays," a beautiful, brand new, professionally decorated Romair Construction home in the WaterColor Forest District. Enter this home and take in the breathtaking open concept great room, offering 12' ceilings, abundant windows, a stunning state-of-the-art kitchen, and lovely dining area. French doors will lead you to the pool and spectacular outdoor living area that features a spa and cabana. Also outside, the wrap-around porch boasts extra dining space, perfect for entertaining.

Head to the second floor, which features one king primary suite, along with 2 additional king suites with private en-suites, making this home perfect for multiple families! The third floor features a second living space, a fitting retreat for kids or families. There is a fourth king suite, as well as a spacious room with sleeping for 6.

For the ultimate privacy, retreat to the carriage house, which features a king bed, twin daybed, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Labor Day weekend stay

We had a great time at this house. Perfectly located right at the watercolor neighborhood entrance and walking distance to the grocery store. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped (more so than most beach houses in the area).

The house was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of seating and spaces for people to have gathering and social time as well as private alone time. The house had everything we needed. Idea: The ice machine never made much ice the entire time we were there. The maintenance tried to fix it but the ice seemed to melt quickly.

This was an incredible fit for our entire family! We rented out two properties right next door to each other and it worked out perfectly. Each space in this home worked for each individual family, the community areas were spacious and clear for everyone to hang around in. The pool was the perfect size and while the alarm for the pool was a bit much we appreciated the security as a few of our kids do not know how to swim. Beautiful home, clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will 100% be coming back!

Not worth the value

Pool alarm (although a state law now) very annoying. Fire place and hot tub did not work. Double doors in Master and upstairs porch would not close. Quips, beach club band and plastic found behind Master tub. Corner location near construction and busy street none of which was mentioned ion 360 blue. 360 blue difficult to get a hold of.

Great for our Mother’s 80th Birthday celebration

This house was great for our family reunion celebrating our Mother’s 80th birthday. Beautifully decorated and plenty of seating for the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The Watercolor community is so scenic and beautiful for walks and bike riding. Close proximity to Seaside for a little outing.

Amazing week with friends! The house was perfect for our 6 couples. We enjoyed cooking in this beautiful kitchen and enjoying this fun group around the huge dining table. Location was ideal for biking to Seaside to enjoy shopping, dining, beach time, and loved the proximity to the grocery store, liquor store, and Pizza by the Sea. Highly recommend this gorgeous home. The pool was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and the 3rd floor game room provided hours of entertainment and friendly competition. We will definitely be looking forward to staying at "Seven Saturdays" again.

Beautiful home. We had 7 senior high school girls who loved having the third floor to themselves. We had 4 adults in the main house and 2 in the carriage house. Enough space not to feel crowded with such a big group. The outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the pool often. This is our 4th summer in Watercolor and this home was our favorite.

We have just returned from 7 days with our entire family . The weather did not exactly cooperate, and some amenities that we usually enjoy were closed for renovations,BUT the house exceeded our expectations . From the spaciousness of the house , to The premium linens, we were impressed from the moment we walked in the door . The outdoor spaces were so comfortable and the pool area was a hit with the 5 grandchildren we brought. There were a few minor things they needed attention and 360 Blue resolved them within hours .

My family has been visiting the watercolor area for the past 14 years. Without a doubt, our stay through 360 Blue was the most extraordinary experience in all that time. The entire 360 Blue staff (including the owner Jason) went above and beyond in every regard. Not only did we enjoy one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties in Watercolor, but the 360 Blue staff continuously followed up with us and quickly resolved the few issues that did arise. The value added by the 360 Blue concierge service was tremendous and we will be booking every trip to the area through 360 Blue in the future.
