Welcome to "A Point of View." This luxurious beach home is the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Loaded with amenities this home is sure to please! As you enter the first floor of the home, you will breeze into the efficiency apartment that was recently upgraded with all new appliances and furniture!! This room includes a full kitchen, full bath, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and King loft bed designed for children and teens. Kitchen includes plastic ware for your convenience and outdoor use at the pool.



Out back, your very own private pool (that can be heated) and *spa are awaiting you! Lounge around the pool and catch some sun, cook delicious meals on the BBQ and end the night gathered around the fire pit with friends and family! The backyard is the perfect private oasis!



As you take the stairs, (or elevator), up to the second level you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two sets of adult length bunk beds and is connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, to the second guest bedroom with a king sized bed! You will also find the master suite with a private bathroom, and its own access to a private balcony on this level!



As you move on to the third floor you will be taken with the spacious open concept floor plan. This level has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. You will find that it is fully stocked with anything you may need for all of your cooking needs, including dinnerware for dining. There is seating for 8 (five chairs, plus a bench) at the dining room table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Relax in comfort in this home living area; which includes a flat screen T.V. and a comfortable sectional sofa! There is a half bathroom off the kitchen for added convenience. The third floor of the home also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
