Situated on a quiet and friendly square in the beautiful Noordzeepark, you'll find this modern and charmingly furnished holiday home with a wood stove. The house is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including a dishwasher, hand blender, citrus press, washing machine, oven, microwave, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom. Fresh and modernly decorated, the house accommodates 6 people, with special attention to children, including toys and books.

Upstairs, you'll find a second toilet and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds, while the third bedroom features an extendable Ikea bed. For the little ones, there's a changing pad and a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The park offers free access to a tennis court and a playground.

In both the front and back garden, you have access to a picnic table for a sunny breakfast or an evening BBQ. The fully fenced garden with sunny and shaded spots provides plenty of privacy and safety for children. In the spacious storage room, you can store bicycles and charge your electric bike.

The holiday home is located on a dead-end side street of the Mosselbank, making the beach easily accessible. In short, an excellent holiday home for a delightful vacation on the North Sea coast.

A parking space is available in front of the house.

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
