About this property

Original design of this two-story house located in Playa Blanca, an old fishing village located on the southern tip of Lanzarote and only half an hour by car from Arrecife airport. The villa is less than ten minutes walk from the seafront, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Near the house there is a supermarket, cafeteria and bus stop with a good combination for the town.

The house has:
-Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
-living room with table and chairs, flat screen TV, Satellite.
-main bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and built-in wardrobe.

-Laundry room with washing machine and iron.
-private pool 4m long and 3m wide, and a maximum depth of 1.60m.
