This beautiful villa is in the peaceful area of Costa Papagayo, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and just 5 minutes walk to the new Aldi supermarket at the end of the street. The nearest beach is Playa Dorada about 8-10 minute walk away. The villa is also on the doorstep of the fabulous Papagayo National Park, and the Marina Rubicon. High walls surround the villa for total privacy, landscaped gardens, heated pool and multiple terraces with sun loungers. Various dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area..

We had the best week away in Charles villa, everything was perfect and Charles was always on hand if we had any questions. Also some great advice on places to explore on the island we would happily come back here again. And have already talked about booking again next year.

Lovely spacious villa with a large secluded garden area in a quiet neighbourhood. Felt like a home from home. Charles the host provided us with clear check in details which were straightforward and communication with him was great. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will certainly go again

Spacious villa which was very quiet and peaceful. Large pool which did need heating in April, but we really enjoyed swimming every day. The villa is in a residential area around 25 minutes walk into the main town and 35 minutes walk to the Marina. The Aldi supermarket is around 12 minute walk and we shopped there quite a few times during our stay. The host was very helpful and we had a wonderful holiday.

3 of us stayed 6 nights at this wonderful villa. It was clean and very homely, with aircon in the bedrooms, a smart tv, wifi and bluetooth stereo. The villa is located on a corner, giving wonderful views of the volcanic mountains in a fantastically peaceful area. It is 20mins walk from the bars and restaurants and only 10min walk from the supermarket.Charles was a very helpful and friendly host the whole time. I contacted Charles a few times to ask for advice regarding the villa or surrounding area and he swiftly responded.The only downside to the villa was the size of the kitchen, it was very small with limited work surface which made it quite difficult to cook and the oven knob symbols were worn off so we had to guess/google how to use the oven correctly and NO dishwasher!!! This did not ruin our holiday and we would definitely return to this villa 100%.Thank you Charles!

Absolutely loved this place. It is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. Aldi 5 mins down the road and a nice walk into town at night. Lovely villa just to sit and chill. The pool was great!!! Charles was a great host and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Charles was the perfect host, he couldn’t do enough for us and always ready at the end of the phone if needed. Villa is beautiful and Location is lovely and quiet and about a 20 min walk to the town but we hired a car so about a 3 minute drive! We will definitely stay again!

The whole place is absolutely amazing, the pool is warm, clean and private, set in a garden with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The villa is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for including air-conditioned bedrooms. Charles, the owner of the villa, met us when we arrived and gave us a run though of all the amenities, he really made us feel welcome and at home - can't wait to go back - thank you so much!

Ideal place to stay

Great villa with all that you could need in a home away from home PLUS of course the beautiful pool. It's a 10 minute walk to local Aldi (recently opened) and perhaps 20/25 minutes to the coast. Charles was very welcoming & helpful when we arrived.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet location. The outside space is absolutely wonderful and the interior is also spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable.Charles is a most charming host, we would definitely stay again.

Had a great 2 week stay over Christmas and new year and the Villa was amazing and provided us with everything we needed.Charles was there to meet us and left us a chilled bottle of cava in the fridge as well. The Villa is a 25 minute walk to the strip or the marina for all the bars and restaurants and we didn’t pay more than 5 Euros in a taxi back. Being in a residential area it is nice and quiet.We had a hire car so easy to get to places of interest including Papagayo beach, the salt flats, volcano site etc.On New Year’s Eve we managed to pick up a parking fine outside but again Charles was on hand to help us out via whattsapp and a couple of phone calls.Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We had a great holiday in this lovely villa. Nothing to fault at all. Pool was a good temperature and the outside areas offered shade or sun. We really enjoyed playing games in the covered seating area to the side of the villa with an external light. Inside the villa is bright and spacious and very tastefully decorated. Communication with Charles was excellent and we were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in on our arrival day. Thank you so much x

Lovely villa in a handy and quiet location.

Lovely well equipped vila within easy reach of Playa Blanca, beaches and Marina. Had a great family break in the Vila the pool. The properly are great as a base for adventure or as a place to chill. Charles the owner was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, which was as seen in the pictures. The accomodation was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the pool side in and out and the decor was very stylish. Although the weather was variable and included a storm over a day and a bit, we enjoyed the exploring Playa Blanca and visiting El Golfo. Pool did not heat up very much despite agreeing to have it heated at an additional cost 50 euros. However it was clean and also cleaned during our stay. Charles was responsive when contacted and gave us information for access to Villa and advice during our stay.

A lovely relaxing holiday

We've just had the most lovely 4 relaxing weeks holiday spent in this beautiful villa. The outside space is second to none and everything you would want (or need) inside. There is a good 20/25 minutes walk down to the front of Playa Blanca, but when you get used to it, you find new things to see every time - would certainly recommend
