The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We will appreciate if you could remove the sheets from the used beds and leave them on top of the beds. It will be of great help to our cleaning crew if you can load and start the dishwasher.
Make sure all the windows and doors are closed. Don’t forget to lock the door and text us about you departure.
Please leave the lake beach parking pass by the key holder next to the entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed at Zen Lake house for a break from driving back and forth to the NY Renaissance Faire, but the houae and Lake deserve a longer stay just for the relaxation it provides. The host is very attentive and responds right away to any questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We focus on being grateful, healthy, energetic and on treating everyone the way we'd like to be treated. We love to spend time in Greenwood lake. During the summer we enjoy kayaking in the lake and soaking on the sun and visiting the local markets. Spring and Fall are the best seasons for hiking in the Appalachian trail or Harriman Park, as well as apple picking. Lastly, in winter we love staying indoors, making a fire by the house, game and fondue nights as well as visiting Mount Peter Ski and Snowboarding area. We hope you enjoy your stay! Isaac & Stef

This charming home is surrounded by various ambient spaces, including a balcony, sundeck, and inviting patios, perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings. Enjoy our Zen Garden with a fishpond and an outdoor hot tub with massage jets, then gather around the fire pit for BBQs, roasting marshmallows, and cozy evenings under the stars.

Our home features 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious hot tub for two and a soothing sound system. The main bedroom also boasts a balcony with great views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with three mattresses. There is also an office if you need to bring some work with you.

The driveway can easily accommodate at least 3 cars. If you prefer not to drive, there is a bus stop about 3 blocks from the house.

The house includes access to the Community Beach House down the road, where you can relax by the lake, swim, or sunbathe by the dock. The area offers a plethora of activities such as swimming, kayaking, boating, visiting wineries, skiing, hiking, dining at great restaurants, attending concerts, and enjoying local events.
