The apartment features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — both with wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, and more.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linens, towels, and welcome toiletries — perfect for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

THE AREA

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and offers all necessary services within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more. If you're traveling by train from Atocha or Delicias stations, you can easily walk there.

The Delicias metro and train station is just a 3-minute walk away. Palos de la Frontera station is a 7-minute walk, and Embajadores is 11 minutes away.



HOW TO GET THERE

From the airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Metro Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna.

Get off at Legazpi and transfer to Line 3 towards Moncloa.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the apartment.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Delicias and walk to the apartment.

If you're arriving by car, please consult the Madrid City Council website to check current traffic and environmental restrictions, as well as information on available parking areas.

THE FINE PRINT

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
