Location of this property is fabulous. Close to shopping walking and many of the squares. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable. Probably one of the best showers we’ve had in a long time! The bedrooms have a selection of pillows to suit all preferences. We would stay here again. Happy travels!

Property need it to be cleaned. The bathroom had mold that we had to clean, you could basically scrape it. It was horrible. The beds were not comfortable. The description of the washer and dryer was not accurate. One good thing was the location. I advised the property manager about the cleaning and they didn’t even answer back.

Amazing VRBO

This was the last stop of our tour of Spain and we had stayed at many verb's and hotels and this was one of our favorite. Extremely roomy and the beds were amazing.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 - me and my husband, two adult children and a fiance. Three comfortable bedrooms and three very nice and not cramped bathrooms. Only a few blocks from both the Callao and Gran Via subway stations. The view out the living room windows was a lovely old church and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was very clean, modern, attractive and well-stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, towels, pillows for all of us. We really appreciated all the nice touches that made our stay more comfortable like a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric tea kettle, etc. Highly recommend!

Great weekend stay

We were a small group, one couple and 2 friends so the facilities were perfect with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A very spacious, clean apartment. We didn’t eat in but it appeared to have everything required for preparing a meal. Great stay.

Magical Madrid

There is nothing like staying in heart of a big city, the location was on point. The apartment was so spacious and we loved the kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in between adventures. Very helpful hosts as well. We enjoyed our staff, thank you to such wonderful hosts !

Madrid Gran Via Apartment

Excellent apartment. Could not ask for more as to location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Everything you need is within very short walking distance. Apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and location was excellent. There were delays and a long wait of almost 90 mins standing outside to meet the property manager and drop off our luggage while the unit was being cleaned. We were told we would be able to store our luggage if we arrived earlier than check-in when we booked the unit so this was not an unrealistic expectation on our part. The dryer does not work and the living room furniture is in need of cleaning and repair. The biggest issue that we found very difficult to overlook was a water leak coming from the ceiling and directly over the one of the toilets that started the morning after check-in and was never addressed in spite of repeated attempts to contact the property manager at the local number that was provided and also through the VRBO app. We were unable to use the toilet because of a constant drip of water landing on your head. The property manager never returned calls or followed up after repeated attempts which resulted in extensive damage to the bathroom ceiling and wall. We stayed in the unit for 9 nights and one less toilet than planned on made for an awkward situation with our group.

Amazing apartment - highly recommend.

Everything about this rental was perfect - Katherine was supper efficient and provided us with local suggestions, not to mention, the location is so close to everything! The apartment itself is perfect for the Madrid heat, every bedroom has their own AC/shower which is extremely convenient. The spacious open layout and kitchen make it perfect for spending time with one another and preparing meals. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for the perfect place to stay in Madrid.
