Great base for exploring as long as you don’t mind narrow roads.

Great base for exploring as long as you don’t mind narrow roads. Very comfortable cottage with some lovely touches, e.g. Prosecco and chocolate. Tricky to find; more exact directions required as the chapel is fronted by a high hedge and tricky to find.

A lovely place to stay for a long weekend, lots of great little touches like a homemade cake and mini champagne by the bed! Very clean and well furnished. There were all the basics you’d need plus extra that you don’t normally get at accommodation- things like milk and ketchup that you might forget to bring. We loved our stay and there was a great pub within walking distance. We’ll be coming back if we’re around the area again!

Absolutely immaculate cottage.

Absolutely immaculate cottage. Clean, beautifully decorated and furnished and facilities fantastic. A perfect place for a very quiet getaway. It's also a brilliant base for exploring the surrounding area. The cottage is in a very quiet, peaceful village which is perfect for a get away from it all break but you will need to drive for restaurants shops etc. There is one pub and a village store for the basics. There are lovely countryside walks from the cottage. We would definitely recommend and use this cottage again.

This property is amazing. This was spotless and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. It is in a lovely tiny village which also has a lovely village pub. Every thing both in and outside the cottage was perfect. The owners also left bubbles and chocolates in each bedroom and also a delicious lemon cake. We will be going back there again.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

We had a wonderful stay at the old chapel. We stayed for 4 nights. The cottage is immaculate, not a thing out of place and incredibly clean. There were lots of nice touches when we arrived such as milk in the fridge, a cake and some tasty chocolates. The wood burner is lovely and makes place nice and toasty! The cottage has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break away. Definitely recommend! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Chapel and cannot rate it highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Chapel and cannot rate it highly enough. It is spotlessly clean and of a very high standard and would definitely recommend it. The area is very picturesque, peaceful and quiet. The only down side was the one small Post Office/store which had very little stock of anything and a very grumpy owner.
