• Vacations should provide relaxation and also memory-making opportunities! Read, play cards, ride bikes, run around the beach...our home is the perfect welcoming retreat for doing all this. You'll stay in a spacious 2854 sq. ft, 3-story, single family home with two family media entertainment areas; has a bonus room with a pool table, and sun deck to enjoy the ocean breezes.
• You're away from the routines of everyday life, yet are comforted by the many conveniences of home. You'll appreciate the luxury beds, linens, towels; the fully supplied kitchen (including quality sharp knives, fresh herbs from the garden, and various cooking equipment such as a waffle maker!); the comfortable furniture; pleasing tropical décor; and fast wi-fi internet access among many other amenities.
• You will work with an owner who cares about you and believes in customer service. Booking is an easy process. (Our cancellation policy is not totally non-refundable as noted, but has some restrictions). Our home is well maintained and immaculate. We are grandparents and understand what family-friendly means. Why they chose this property
Oceanside's under-the-radar vibe is a beach town without the crazy crowds. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and stores. An emerging food and brew scene means an influx of restaurants from burger joints to fine-dining establishments and everything in-between. Pleasant weather generally year-round, it has easy access to I-5 and is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California attractions like LEGOLAND, Disneyland, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Zoo, and Sea World.
What makes this property unique
The broad, sandy beaches are within a 5-minute walk from our home. The sunsets are awesome! This is the home you would wish to live in full-time.
