My family stayed a couple nights for our family vacation. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The host was quick to respond when we had trouble hitting the code in for the lock and got us in the house quickly. The host warned us beforehand that ants were a problem during the summer time, and there were several ants on the dining room table, but it was clear that the host was actively fighting them. It was around an 11 minute walk to the nearest beach, so we ended up driving to the beach instead as that is a lot to carry with three kids for that distance. It was within walking distance of the closest coffee shop which was convenient. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer so we didn't have to travel home with wet beach clothes. Overall, a great stay for our family and a helpful host!

I loved everything about this rental! It has everything you could need for a nice beach vacation. The kitchen was the most stocked I’ve ever seen and appreciated that as we cooked most of our meals. The beds are very comfortable. The house was super clean, in a great location and well decorated! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The hosts are great communicators too. All three of my kids consensus was “we loved everything about that house!” And I agree!

Came all the way from San Dimas for a dinner event (Sound By The Sea; highly recommend btw) but didnt want to drive back after. Initially booked this place to spend the night.. but loved it so much, I changed to 2 days. Perfect mix of hotel service & convenience with home comfort & spaciousness. All mere minutes from my dinner venue.. and the beach. Thanks Erik!

Comfortable and clean

From beginning to the end this property deserves a five star rating. Good communication with the property owner, complete information about check in and expectations and everything needed for a comfortable stay. One bathroom for six people took a little coordination, but we made it work.Beds were especially comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation and there was a separate dining area for family mealtime.Appreciated the proximity to the beach and shopping.We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 10/25 to 10/29 at this lovely home in Oceanside. The house is conveniently located near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.The home was immaculate and the decor was comfortable and fresh with a beachy vibe. It’s very light, bright and relaxing. The dining room is huge which is perfect if you have a large family. It was just myself and my husband, so we ate at the counter bar. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could need to make meals. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great each night. We spent our mornings sipping the complementary coffee on the front porch watching the hummingbirds visit the birds of paradise plants, or in the huge backyard patio area soaking up the sun. There are some really beautiful plants on this property and some visitor will be very lucky to stay when the tree in the front landscape is in full bloom. It will be amazingly beautiful! Our host was very nice and easy to work with. If we needed anything, all we had to do was call, but everything was perfect and we didn’t need a thing! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Ps. There are so many amazing restaurants in the area, but we stop at Two Brothers Italian every visit for Chicken Parmesan. It’s so good!

The house is gorgeous and clean while staying cozy and comfortable. It was well stocked with all the things we needed from bathroom supplies to kitchen supplies. There are even beach supplies (chairs boogie boards etc) in the garage for guests to use. It’s centrally located so you can go into the town for shopping or head to the beach. San Diego and Encinitas aren’t too far away as well.Communication with Erik, our host, was quick and clear. He made sure that we had all the info we needed to be able to check in and out smoothly as well as some general information about the area. My kids and I loved it here - we highly recommend staying here
