MS Bette’s has added a Hot Tub to our 3 bedroom 1 bath rental!

Ms Bette's place is ready and waiting. Its one of the oldest homes in town dating back to 1790.
It's located in the heart of the Ste. Genevieve historic district so you can easily walk to the best restaurants, shops and attractions. Relax, explore, and get comfy; inside or on the front porch or in our new backyard oasis or in our new hot tub!!

Two night minimum stay on weekends.

The Space -
There's plenty of room to get comfortable with 3 bedrooms available, a front porch, living room, kitchen and 1bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed (downstairs) Bedroom 2 - queen bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3 - full bed and 2 twins (upstairs) and a sofa downstairs that can sleep 1.
Old Homes lead to high utility bills. Because of this, bedrooms not needed are locked up, to save on utility use. Let us know if you need extra bedrooms for your stay, otherwise, two guests means one bedroom with queen bed . 3 - 4 guests mean 2 bedrooms each with queen bed. 5 - 6 guests mean 2 bedrooms upstairs1 with queen bed and 1 with double bed and 2 twins. 7 - 9 guests means all 3 bedrooms and sofa if needed.

Guest access -
You'll receive your own code to enter the house upon arrival. After you enter the code the door will unlock. You may need to give it a hearty push, after-all she's 227 years old.

There is occasionally a family member staying in the back of the house which is totally separate and sealed off from the rental with its own entrance, like a duplex.
They are very quiet, probably never know they are there.

Sweet Little House

We four old church ladies came to explore the local wineries without old church men. This little house was perfect in a perfect location. Easy walking to excellent restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. Can’t wait to come again and we’ll definitely stay at Miss Bette’s. We would definitely recommend it.

Charming, beautiful, amazing location.

We loved this place! It was very cozy and charming and comfortable. Having the little private back yard with the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for evenings. The location was perfect for strolling around historic st Genevieve and finding amazing little restaurants. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Celebration!

We loved how walkable Ms Bette's was to everything! We had a delicious dinner right around the corner at The Anvil, we're treated to a free outdoor concert at the St Genevieve Church (every Thurs in June and July), and visited the stunningly gorgeous church the next day. We especially loved the hot tub, the tranquility of the backyard and sitting on the front porch, enjoying our drinks.

My husband and i loved staying at this adorable rental. The location was perfect and the house was so clean. There are restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The bed was so comfy and we loved having access to the hot tub. We will definitely be back :)

Very nice property, great location!

Several good options for restaurants within walking distance. Hot tub was a great amenity after a long day. I was disappointed to only get 1 towel for the shower & hot tub, for a 3 night stay... had to keep laying it out to dry everyday. Other than that, great place, I'd definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend Trip

We were celebrating a birthday and we had 8 ladies in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone for the weekend but be prepared to share space! We loved the decor and every corner had a whimsical touch. The location is within walking distance of plenty of food establishments, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was perfect.

This was our second time staying at Ms. Bette's, this time with another friend, and we once again enjoyed it tremendously. If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ste. Genevieve, you can't do any better than this place (having a candy store right next door helps!). All of the main historic sites are within a few minutes on foot, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The home itself is spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Communication about arrival and departure was excellent. Definitely recommend!

40th birthday getaway

Ste. Genevieve is such a cute town. It’s very walkable with interesting shops all along the way. The town feels like a time warp. All the historic homes and buildings give you a glimpse into what the town was like. We celebrated my wife’s 40th on a long weekend without the kids. We hiked Hawn State Park and had dinner at The Dew Drop Inn. Very tasty. The hot tub was great after the long hike.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Ms Bette’s is located in the heart of St. Genevieve within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our group enjoyed walking a short distance to the local coffee shop and enjoying dinner at the Anvil. Additionally during our stay, we made reservations to ride the St. Genevieve Wine Trolley to visit four local wineries. The trolley picked our group up from the front door of the house. After enjoying the wineries all day, the perfect way to end our night was in the properties hot tub. The home is very old in history and has an eclectic charm. We enjoyed our stay at Ms. Bette’s.
