Our spacious open and airy 4 BR 3 BA 3400 sq ft mountain retreat is located near acres and acres of forest land in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Located in a private residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful mountains and miles and miles of trails. In the winter enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow mobiling right out your front door!! Short drives to Heavenly Ski Resort, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood.
Enjoy year round recreation in Tahoe Paradise neighborhood close to Heavenly Village, Epic Discovery, Camp Richardson and surrounding beaches, as well as close access to Tahoe Rim Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Fallen Leaf Lake, Echo Lake, Mt. Tallac and more!
The open living area is great for entertaining to accommodate large families with a huge fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable living room and a large expandable dining room table with seating for 12. All new appliances, furnishings and decor make this the perfect home base for your Lake Tahoe destination.

Per county requirements: 8 person max occupancy. Neighborhood quiet hours must be observed from 10p-8a. (includes hot tub use) and outdoor lighting.

Unfortunately due to fire hazzards in the forest area, no outdoor fires are permitted.
No loud parties- be respectful of our neighbors and noise ordinances. If the county gets called, you pay the fine. Sorry.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit. Kitchen was fully stocked (spices, oils, condiments, etc.) which helped make cooking at home a breeze. Rooms were all cozy, comfortable, and clean. Host was very communicative and made the whole process easy. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Not far from everything we wanted to do. The home is well stocked and had plenty of games and things for the kids to keep intertained. It is a beautiful home with great mountain vibes. My family had a blast. Karen, our host, was very kind, attentive, and helpful. I would stay here again.

Wonderful week long stay with extended family

We were lucky to have two days of snow and then sunny days in a most beautiful setting. A lovely comfortable home that easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and one toddler.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Plenty of room and full of home comforts. The kitchen was well equipped making cooking easy. There is a big enclosed back yard which was ideal for our dogs to run around. Karen was a very attentive host and we enjoyed every minute in the Roth's beautiful house.

Why they chose this property

We loved the spacious layout of the house and the proximity to everything we love to do- Hiking, biking, boating, paddleboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skiing, etc. Its an outdoor persons paradise! We love to invite friends & family and fill the house with fun & memories. Easy in & out access off highway 50 is a plus to avoid the heavy traffic heading into the village during high traffic hours.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of room for family reunions, multi families or lots of friends with a large great room concept and HUGE kitchen with entertaining for all.
3 of the 4 Bedrooms have Cal King size beds, the 4th has a queen and twin bunks. Gorgeous mountain views from the bedroom windows are breathtaking.
Downstairs game room has TV and pool table and dry bar area for more entertaining. We've brought tons of games & puzzles for all to enjoy. We are also pet friendly for house trained fur babies with a refundable pet deposit. We can be flexible on arrival time and departure times with prior consent- depending on the rental schedule.
