Good configuration. Good house overall. Some aspects are a little dated and the deck needs to be repaired or replaced (loose boards and nails, definitely dangerous) but aside from that no complaints.

Smooth checkin. Parking is tight for anything bigger than standard size vehicles. House was very clean, well stocked kitchen. Steep outside stairs to backyard if you have littles or not so steady folks. Decorated nicely. Great A/C!!! Pet friendly, no grass though.

The home was excellent. Clean, well stocked and plenty of amenities. The kitchen is beautiful and it was stocked with all the necessary items. The hot tub was great, with seating for at least 5 people. The home has of room for a family of 7. Our grandkids had lots of room to spread out and play. The listing information is on key as well. The hosts were so attentive. They welcomed us and let us know that if we needed anything they would be right there. We recommend this lovely home. Thank you.

Peoples choice is the place to stay for a med/large group or family!

This was an amazing property for our family. Pet friendly and kid friendly including utilities for toddlers and babies. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to the beach and heavenly village. Very accommodating and plenty of room to spread out for the whole family to have thier own space.

It was a nice place to stay for a large group with a dog. We had a great time on our ski vacation. To be noted, the neighbors are much closer than the pictures make them seem. My group also felt somewhat intimidated by the number of warnings for being fined, the many noise detectors in the home, and the cameras outside the home. In the introduction email, it says you will be fined 2000 for "inappropriate language" outside of the house, which makes you feel like you are being watched.
