Great location, clean house, great communication with host. The neighborhood was quiet and there was ample parking for 3 cars. Booked for 3 night getaway with 9 people. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay. Home was just as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Close to the beach and easy access to grocery store. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay here! The house was in a great location-walkable to the beach, Publix, a playground with a splash pad, a Food Lion, and a Duck Donuts all within about ten minutes or less! The property was clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family. The hosts made check in and check out easy and communicated well with us! We highly recommend this place.

The house was everything we hoped for. Very clean and neat. Plenty of space for everyone. Their was lots of extra towels and linens which was great. Bathrooms and kitchen was newly renovated and beautiful.

The place was clean the location was great, The only downside was hand soap wasn’t included I came from a long trip and went straight to the restroom and had nothing to wash my hands, also we had to practically cleaned and do laundry after we pay for the trip. Those were the rules the owner have after checkout put all towels to wash

Casa De Paz was exactly the type of place we were looking for to spend our beach family vacation. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and a great open kitchen. We also enjoyed using the BBQ area in the backyard. It was also very convenient being only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the grocery store was literally across the street.I recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Home away from home!

We had enjoyed staying at Casa De Paz. It is cozy and comfortable place to stay. A home away from home for a family with little kids! Very good location and easy access to beach.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with spacious yard. Close to the beach and the main road through OBX. Interaction with the host limited, but friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay. Would recommend to friends and family visiting OBX.

Wonderful Long Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend in OBX to visit my brother and his wife, shop and eat! Staying at Casa De Paz was perfect. The location and an the overall condition and decor was excellent.

Great place to stay

Maria was wonderful and was so responsive to us! Check in couldn't have been easier and the location was close to everything the OBX had to offer as well as to the beach. We will definitely be returning!
