Clean and comfortable in quiet cul de sac in a Law village. Great for visiting family nearby. Would have preferred a bedroom with twin beds as all 3 had double beds, but knew this before we booked so not really a problem

As for the single beds, we initially did have single beds in one of the bedrooms, and people suggested it would be better with a double bed, so we changed it.
