You are looking for a relaxing, de-stressing corner in a unique mountain setting. We offer you this possibility in our spacious cottage (65m2) and facing South. Parking is reserved for your car, you have a private and fenced garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture with a gas BBQ. The cottage has a large living room with TV, stove, an integrated and equipped kitchen (raclette, grill ... everything is possible), a bathroom with large shower, a separate toilet and two bedrooms, a large parents' bedroom and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds. A baby cot is available and free. There is the washing machine. The cottage has a capacity of 4 to 6 people (very good quality sofa bed in living room). Les Gourniers is a hamont in Réallon with 22 inhabitants and at the end of the Réallon valley, altitude 1500m. It is the start of multiple hikes or discovery walks at the foot of the Ecrins National Park. Les Gourniers is a pedestrian hamont. It is also the start of the mountain bike route. A lake, horse riding activities and tennis are nearby. The Lac de Serres Ponçon is 25 minutes away and offers you all possible aquatic activities. In winter it is a paradise for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring. The Réallon ski resort, a lovely family resort, is 15 minutes away. Hiking maps, family games are available, as well as 2 sleds for children and a garden bath for the little ones.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Réallon. La station de ski est tout près en voiture. De superbes ballades sont accessibles très proches du gîte. L’appartement est bien équipé. Je remercie nos hôtes Edwin et Carmen pour leur accueil très chaleureux et pour leur aide précieuse lors de notre départ notamment pour mettre les chaînes. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en été comme en hiver, et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, mit freundlichen Gastgeber, in einer herrlichen Berglandschaft mit sehr viel Natur. es gibt hier viele Wandermöglichkeiten, begleitet vom Rufe des Kuckucks oder dem rauschen des Baches, inmitten einer vielfältige Vegetation.

Très bien équipé au calme avec superbe vue sur les aiguilles. Station de Reallon a 15/20 minutes. Belles balades au départ du chalet. Propriétaires très agréables et de ton conseil.

Super accommodatie in een prachtige omgeving.

We hebben genoten van de wandelingen in een schitterende omgeving. Je loopt vanuit de woning recht het Parc national des Écrins in. Wat verder weg van de winkels, maar er is een koelkast met groot vriesvak. In Rousse, een klein plaatsje, voorbij Reallon, wordt elke dinsdag en vrijdag heerlijk bio-brood gebakken. De kennis en informatie die we kregen van Edwin en Carmen was ook zeer welkom. De accomodatie is zeer netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Le paradis

Un accueil tellement agréable qu'on se sent arrivés à la maison. Aucun bruit, une vue magnifique et un poele à bois qui réchauffe et egaie les soirées. Le lieu est parfait et la station à taille humaine permet de se rendre à pieds aux pistes de ski de fond et en quelques minutes de voiture au ski alpin. Il faudra revenir pour encore plus en profiter! Encore un grand merci de toute la famille à nos hôtes Edwin et Carmen.

Super location

Logement parfait pour des vacances. Très bien équipé, bien chauffé, pas humide, très propre, proprio très sympas et arrangeant mais discrets! Nous étions 5 adultes plus un bébé et nous ne nous sentions pas l'étroit ! A noter: deux restaurants a 20 mètres du logement, station de ski à 20 min en voiture mais le logement est situé au départ de nombreuses rando et ski de fond. Pas de boulangerie ou supérette à côté, mais bon c'est pas un pb pour un court séjour.

Séjour parfait

Séjour parfait, merci ! Edwin et Carmen sont vraiment des hôtes très gentils et serviables. Leur gite est équipé de tout le confort nécessaire et il est très bien placé pour le départ à pied de nombreuses randonnées, raquettes, ski de fond. Notre fille était ravie de pouvoir faire de la luge dans les champs juste à côté. Notre petit labrador Rocket a lui aussi été très bien accueilli et le jardin clôturé a été très apprécié. Ce petit village est magnifique et cerise sur le gâteau, la neige est tombée le lendemain de notre arrivée ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr :) Merci beaucoup Edwin et Carmen pour votre accueil. Super expérience

L'endroit est magnifique, calme et reposant. La location est très bien entretenue avec tout ce qu'il faut, identique à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute. Bref que du positif, on espère bien y revenir.

Très bon accueil

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end ! Dès notre arrivée, les propriétaires nous ont offert un accueil chaleureux dans leur propriété (le poêle à bois avait été allumé pour notre venue ) . L'emplacement est magnifique avec pas mal d'activités aux alentours. Même si le logement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée les propriétaires sont discrets et très disponibles. Pour les enfants à partir de 7 ans et les ados, la descente de luge à la station de Reallon est une super activité ! (Durée 45 minutes quand même !!) Merci encore pour ce bol d'air frais, on reviendra sans hésitation !

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderwoche

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die auch deutsch sprechen. Die Wohnung und ihre Lage sind bestens geeignet für alle, die die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in den Bergen lieben. Am besten deckt man sich für einige Tage mit Lebensmitteln ein, da die nächste Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 30min entfernt ist. Auch die Restaurants im Dorf oder in der Nähe haben offensichtlich nur in der Hochsaison geöffnet, Dafür wird man entlohnt mit zahlreichen Touren, die man vom Haus aus starten kann. Die Vermieter kennen sich bestens aus und geben gerne Auskunft. Nach der Wanderung kann man die Abendsonne auf der schönen Terasse mit herrlichem Bergblick genießen.

Superbe semaine au Gourniers !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine! Dès notre arrivée, les propriétaires nous ont offert un accueil chaleureux dans leur propriété. Le soleil étant au rendez-vous, nous n'aurions pas pu espérer mieux de notre séjour. L'emplacement est magnifique avec beaucoup d'activités aux alentours et les propriétaires sont discrets mais très disponible. Merci encore pour ce bol d'air frais, on y reviendra !

Magnifique court séjour à la neige

On a bien profité de la neige juste en face du gîte, avec les luges prêtées par les propriétaires, du poêle à bois et du confortable gîte. Merci de l'accueil dans le superbe petit village de Réallon 1500. Trop court....

Fijn huis op een mooie locatie

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Edwin en Carmen zijn een uitstekende gastheer/vrouw. De volgende dag werd de toegangsweg afgesloten . Edwin en Carmen gaven ons die dag wat wij nodig hadden. Er was nog niets open (22 juni ) door Corona .

Calme & bien être

Super séjour à la montagne dans un cadre magnifique. Un gite très agréable et pratique (proche de la station de ski familiale de Reallon) Détente au coin du feu grâce à la cheminée, jeux de sociétés, raclette, fondue ... tout est pensé pour passer de très bons moments. Si le gîte est sympa, les propriétaires le sont tout autant. Nous remercions Edwin et Carmen pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité. Un Sans faute 10/10 !
