Private and nestled in the heart of Margate, leave your car in your own personal parking space in front of your rental as downtown is yet a quick walk or bike ride as all the amazing attractions are located in the one mile of your rental. Like the iconic Lucy the Elephant, Coffee Houses, Cafes, Restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, mini golf, ice cream stands beaches and so much more. Its location is key if you want to grab a cup of coffee at the nearby Wawa a block away and head out by car to explore other neighboring beaches like ocean city Avalon, Stone Harbor or Longport or try your look and take in a show in Atlantic City.

Although you will have everything you need during your stay if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy or have some friends down for the day or an overnight stay to do some entertaining. This 2-bedroom rental can sleep 4 comfortably. If offers a master bedroom with a queen size bed and guest bedroom with a full-size bed and trundle that has a side entrance and private balcony. The perfect set up if you’re an early riser or wanting to take in a quick run. Both bedrooms have fully made beds so no need to pack anything extra unless you choose. Lots of closet and storage space, ceiling fans, along with desks and high speed wi-fi for the working traveler in both bedrooms. Hardwood floors throughout, Central Air, Heat, and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light. No need to bring lots of towels as the Main bathroom is stocked and waiting for your arrival. The living room offers a full sectional offering additional seating and sleeping accommodations. Full screen tv and fireplace on cooler nights or rainy days await. Preparing meals in our newly remodeled fully stocked gourmet kitchen on days you want to eat in as it comes equipped with a coffee maker, Keurig machine, and state of the art cooking utensils. Enjoy dinner indoors or out as this rental offers a full dining area that seats 6 or head outside through the sliders to watch the sunset to your own private deck additional dining space and relaxation seating. Whether you’re staying for several weeks, a month or the entire season this cozy rental offers both a separate wine and beer fridge ready to be stocked.
