From this location on exclusive Bay Shore Drive, you can engage in a variety of water sports right on the bay, enjoy the beach a short walk away, lounge by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or relish the bay views from the balconies - something to satisfy everyone in your family! 

And our single-family MARGATE home is situated on a corner lot of a private cul-de-sac, and has been renovated, furnished, and decorated for your luxury, comfort, and enjoyment!

Every detail has been considered to make this a SPECTACULAR VACATION, including a huge first floor living space with vaulted foyer and gas fire place, large dining area with dry bar, gourmet kitchen with deluxe appliances, comfort foam mattresses, and flat screen TVs in every bedroom, plenty of pool towels/floats/toys, and a full-size grill at poolside in the private fenced-in back yard.

All rentals include the following:

Great Jersey shore property

Beautifully appointed property that is well equipped with everything you could imagine. It was spacious and clean. Highlights of the property were the water views and the hot tub, cant wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the pool.

This is a fabulous property that is so well equipped. The owner has thought of everything. Lots of space on main floor for everyone to hang together with the pool right out the back so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids. The owner is so attentive and replies immediately for any questions.

House was beautiful but far from the each for us since we are beach people. There was no access to the bay which I had hoped for but if these things are ok with you then you'll love the house.

Perfect Concert Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property while seeing a concert in Atlantic City! This house is located in Margate a quaint beach town outside of Atlantic City. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Donna was wonderful to work with (very responsive to our questions). We will definitely be back in the summer when we can enjoy the beach.

Large, clean, comfortable with great views

Loved this large, spacious, and clean property. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot tub in the evenings. We had a family reunion here and the house accommodated everyone. The master suite is incredible and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Will return in the summer as the pool looks amazing and will add to even more family fun! Highly recommend.

Great relaxing NYE!

We stayed at the property for New Years and it was a perfect place for 4 families. The rooms are set up perfectly for families with kids and we all were very comfortable all three nights. The interactions with Donna were seamless and she was more than helpful with queries or questions. They had a ton of games and the hot tub was such a hit! The location is amazing too and it’s close to so many restaurants. We will definitely be renting the house again over the summer! Thanks for being a wonderful host Donna!

Hostess was awesome. Always available for any questions.Plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans and clean. Everything was NEW! Wonderful family vacation. We all loved the BIG round table with the lazy susan. We could all eat together and everything was handy. Pool and hot tub were clean. Plenty of new poolside furniture and umbrella. So many pool toys and beach items for our use. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Margate vacation

My wife and I took our daughter, son in law and 2 young grandchildren for a 2 week stay in Margate . The house was large , well supplied and very clean . We greatly enjoyed our stay and had no trouble reaching the owner when we had any question . House can accommodate more than 6 people easily . Highly recommended.

Family vacation at the beach

The property is beautiful. Great location on a nice street, friendly neighbors and safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great common space on first floor with huge kitchen/great room and a table with lazy Susan we loved for the 10 of us. Really no issues and we are hard to please. Wonderful, caring owner who kept in touch and resolved any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Growing up going to the Jersey shore, everywhere from Brigantine to Cape May, was a hallmark of summer vacation.
Whether a week or quick day trip, time on the beach was always special. 
We have been coming to Margate since 1990, including our first date, engagement, and for annual vacations with my sister's family and our own growing clan, enjoying all this great beach town has to offer.

Why they chose this property

On a regular beach trip last summer, I noticed the beautiful corner home had a "for sale" sign.
After a call to the realtor, we saw the house the very next day.
It was perfect - lighting, space, a pool, and location, location, location! It was finally TIME, and we are now proud owners of a Margate home just a few houses from my sister!

What makes this property unique

We have renovated and furnished this home, floor to ceiling, & everything in between.  We love the open spaces for family gathering, private balcony for alone time, the pool and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation, and of course the spectacular sunsets on the bay.

We hope you will choose to stay at our home, and come to love Margate summers as much as we have.
