This charming home is located in a quiet residential complex in Cala Murada. The owners renovated the house in 2021 with great attention to detail. The result is a true oasis of well-being spread over two floors.
On the ground floor is the spacious and light-filled living and dining area with an open kitchen and an adjoining utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and a bathroom round out the beautifully designed ground floor.
A pellet stove creates a special ambiance and ensures comfortable temperatures on cool days.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find the cosy, air-conditioned master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private sun terrace.
The low-maintenance outdoor area of the house, featuring Mediterranean landscaping, evokes a true holiday atmosphere. A covered terrace offers the perfect shaded spot in the summer. The chill-out area invites you to spend relaxing hours there.

The very well-maintained residential complex, 90% of which is for private use (no tourist rentals), features a large communal pool with a sun terrace. The owners of the surrounding homes are only sporadically in Mallorca. As a result, the pool isn’t overcrowded, and a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere is guaranteed.
A clubhouse with a sauna and hot tub, along with a small playground, round out the package.

On the day of your arrival, we’ll welcome you in person to hand over the keys and give you a brief orientation. We’ll also see you off in person when you check out.
