The intimate residential context of only 8 units has a swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large green area. The completely renovated apartment opens onto a welcoming living area with a view of the pool and a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun shade. The living room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, and capsule coffee machine. Relaxation corner with satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a comfortable double sofa bed. Modern bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer available for guests. Schöne und toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr modern und neuwertig. Die Matratzen des Bettes waren wirklich super und total bequem. Perfekt für einen guten Schlaf. Die Schlafcouch war etwas durchgelegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktionsfähig. Der Pool war ein Traum und perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen.Die Vermietung war sehr professionell und es wurde immer sofort geholfen, wenn man Probleme oder Fragen hatte. Absolute Empfehlung für Regarda Travel und das Büro in Lazise.Die Umgebung war auch toll: ruhig genug für Erholung und nah genug an allen wichtigen Aktivitäten, Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Pool, sowie der gesamte Außenbereich waren gut gepflegt. Fußläufig dauert es ca. 15 Minuten bis in den Ort. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft auch für kleine Familien. Das Team von Regarda war gut erreichbar und hat proaktiv regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Sehr ruhige Lage! Das Inventar (Geschirr) der Wohnung sollte aus Umweltbewusstsein auf 8 Tassen, Gläser …) aufgestockt werden. Somit muss der Geschirrspüler nicht so oft laufen.

Boli sme milo prekvapení

Kludne prostredie, nie ďaleko od centra, blízko obchod a reštaurácie. Velmi útulný byt, čistý a terasa bola splnený sen…nechýbal ani gril a lehatka ku bazénu. Dostatok uterákov a osušiek nám potešil. Bazén sme si tiez stihli užiť aj ked voda bola chladnejšia nez sme čakali počasie bolo úžasne. Urcite sa vrátime. Aby som nezabudla dievčatá v kancelárii boli ústretové a mile, poradili a vysvetlili co bolo treba.

Die Wohnung sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhige Lage,schöner Pool, 15 Minuten zu Fuß an den See. Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro vor Ort lief einwandfrei. Um eine kleinere Reparatur wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wohnung und Lage gut.

Wohnung ruhig gelegen, kein Autolärm. Lazise gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Probleme, soweit es welche gibt, werden schnell behoben. Alles sehr nett und (gast-) freundlich. Deshalb, empfehlenswert.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno. L’agenzia è stata attenta ad ogni dettaglio.

La piscina, comodissima per i figli, anche se la casa non era grande, la disposizione dell’arredamento ci ha permesso di goderla senza problemi. La posizione permette di muoversi a piedi o in bici per arrivare al centro senza problemi. Nulla, non abbiamo trovato difetti.

Amazing place nearby the town of Lazise with a (discount) supermarket closeby. A wonderful place to stay, we spend 10 nights here. You stay among other residents but it feels private. Everything is exactly like the pictures and as described, very clean and just renovated so brand new! Romina had been a wonderful host, her hospitality is totally worth 5 stars!
