The 6-year-old duplex apartment is located in the residential complex Torrette del Garda, in a quiet location yet only 80 meters from the lake and about 500 meters from Peschiera center.

The very high quality furnished apartment extends over 3 floors of approximately 90m ². It has 2 balconies, a front garden with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with a large dining table, and a small garden with barbecue. A private car park in the underground car park is available to guests.
The very tastefully decorated apartment offers a living room with modern and fully equipped kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and has satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, autonomous heating and air conditioning.
The price includes bed linen and towels, as well as the final cleaning (the apartment must be left clean).

Perfect spot quiet but close to town

We had an amazing week the apartment feels spacious and relaxed. The shared pool the perfect cool down after exploring.We found it easy to walk into the main old town section but also to the train station. The underground garage was a definite bonus as kept the car cool.

We had a week at this lovely apartment and found it well equipped and clean and well situated for exploring the lake and further afield, due to its handiness for train station. Nice outside seating areas and very comfy beds. Would recommend

Great location, great house

Peschiera is a great spot to explore lake Garda but also to visit Venice, Verona and other cities by train or car. The apartment is close to the railway station, 1 minute walk from the lake, and about 5 minutes from the city. The bike made it easy to go to the bakery in the morning and the car garage is a safe spot for your vehicle. The house itself is modern and clean, and the pool the cherry on the too!

Der Kontakt zu Evi verlief durchweg reibungslos. Eine schöne Wohnlage mit kurzen Wegen zum See, Hafen oder der Einkaufsmeile. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Toll war auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Het ziet er in het echt beter uit dan op de foto’s. We kregen een nette beschrijving voor het inchecken. Wel waren we uiteindelijk lang aan het zoeken waar we nu moesten zijn. Het is wel iets aan de gehorige kant, je hoort de buren goed en ook wat er in het appartement gebeurd. Maar we zouden het zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden. De ligging is perfect. Goede parkeerplek, ruime kamers, genoeg ruimte. Zwembad is om de hoek, dus de baby kon gewoon op bed terwijl wij konden relaxen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind bequem per Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind ca. 500m entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool ist direkt um die Ecke-man hat auf der Terrasse einen schönen Platz für sich und kann die Ruhe genießen.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Was will man mehr!?

Sehr Saubere Unterkunft! Es fehlte an nichts. Perfekte Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Problemlose Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools. (Perfekt bei den super Heißen Tagen!) Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin fand immer Zeitnah statt. Absolut zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung Nadja Gardasee

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. :) 5 Minuten Fußweg sind es zum Gardasee, 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Pescheira. Schöne Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Alles hat gepasst… wir würden uns wieder für diese Ferienwohnung entscheiden.
