One of the most beautiful villas with breathtaking views! It truly was magical. The owner was so responsive and helped us organize our days to maximize our time there. Special place in the world. We will be back!

Incredible Villa!

We had an amazing time and the villa was gorgeous. The views were perfection. We had morning coffees on the terrace and grilled during the insane sunsets. The location of the villa was great too, easy drive to magical towns, wineries and restaurants. Mariacristina the host of the beautiful villa was professional, kind, eager to help with questions and extremely prompt! I highly recommend the villa and will hopefully return in the future. We had the very best time!

Stunning views, beautiful villa

The villa is beautifully renovated with modern interior/appliances while retaining rustic, Tuscan character. The views are perfect. The pool is wonderful and a very decent size. Fabulous sunsets from the pool and terrace. Comfortable beds, good showers and a very well equipped kitchen. We loved that we could walk into Montefellonico which is a small, unspoiled village. Being so close to Pienza and Montepulciano was also a huge plus. Try Il Rossellino in Pienza, La Chuisa in Montefellonico and La Paolina (15 mins walk from Villa) for excellent food. Winetasting at Icario is highly recommended. A word of warning. If you don't want to drive to get to nearby towns, book your taxis well in advance and be prepared to pay a huge amount of money!

What an amazing stay and villa! Lovely location a quick drive to various restaurants, also an easy drive to beautiful historical towns like Pienza. The villa benefits from absolutely stunning views down at the pool area and also up at the main house. High end finishes, comfortable beds. Mariacristina was such a helpful and welcoming host too, what a great stay for our family.

Wundervolle Auszeit

Viel Platz, schönes Ambiente, super Pool sehr geeignet für kleine Kinder und Wahnsinnsaussicht. Zu empfehlen ist für einen Abend den Koch zu bestellen und sich zuhause kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen. Begleitung von Mariacristina war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Rundum gelungene Ferien.

Over the years , I have carefully restored four traditional farmhouses , always respecting their soul while introducing modern comfort and timeless elegance. Each project has been a personal journey , shaped by passion, patience and love for this landscape.
Poggio Castagni is the most recent and perhaps most personal of these projects. It represents everything I have learned and loved along the way - a refined balance between past and present, tradition and contemporary living. The Villa is not just a home , but the expression of a lifelong connection to Tuscany , created to be shared with guests who appreciate authenticity , beauty and a slower , more meaningful wau of traveling.
