Second floor of a 4-story house, renovated in 2020. Features a private terrace of about 20 m2 with an extraordinary view of the city’s historic centre.
The original structure, fully preserved, dates back to 1877.
Located in the heart of Balaguer’s historic district.
Equipped with a defibrillator (AED) and medical services.
The house is dedicated exclusively to providing accommodation for travellers who want to feel at home.

Small interior garden.
Two rooms measuring approximately 55 m2 and 70 m2.
