Pedro's place is a perfect haven whether you are here to hike Pico or sit and watch the ocean and sky. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in. The beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. There is a small grocery store within walking distance, although you should stock up in Madelena if you are here for a few days. Pedro is a kind host and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property was a beautiful Modern Minimalism design with painted concrete walls. It's located on the hill side above Santo Amaro village. The large sliding glass doors and outside stone deck offered a beautiful view of the ocean, Santo Amaro, and San Jorge Island. Beds and convertible couches were comfortable. Two full bathrooms were modern and convenient. The entire interior of Rosa Cha is beautifully designed including all the furnishings, plus everything in the kitchen which were carefully chosen to enhance the feel of the place. Pedro, the host was very response on WhatsApp and we were able to align on navigation and check-in after a few correspondences.The property pays attention to details which is a pleasant surprise, for example, well stocked kitchen, monogrammed premium cotton towels, linens for the convertible couches, detailed instructions, closets for clothes, etc. We didn't get a chances to use the outside wood oven, but this must be a fun treat in the summer!

Eine wunderschöne stilvoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit zwei sehr komfortablen Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und kann dort auch bei Regen angenehm die Zeit verbringen.

Schönes Haus, top Lage, und super Vermieter

Wir waren jetzt eine Woche in diesem Haus und haben unseren Urlaub auf dieser Insel verbracht. Wir waren von Anfang an geflasht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen Hammer Ausblick. Sowohl abends und auch morgens konnte man im Bett liegen das Wasser beobachten und die gegenüberliegende Insel. Das Haus ist ca. eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt und man konnte alles bequem erreichen. Der Vermieter hat von Anfang an einen tollen Eindruck gemacht, hat sich nach unserem Flug erkundigt und hat uns immer wieder gefragt ob alles ok wäre. Auch die darauffolgenden Tage hat er sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und uns gesagt wir sollen uns melden wenn wir eine Frage hätten. Er bietet außerdem Frühstück und Abendessen im Haus an. Bei dem Abendessen gibt es zwei Optionen einmal eine mit Fleisch von der Insel und mit frisch gefangenen Fisch, welcher uns allen am besten geschmeckt hat. Beim Frühstück gibt es einen Korb mit verschiedenen Sorten Käse, Wurst und etwas Brot. Insgesamt fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt auf der Insel wirklich schön wozu auch das Haus und der Vermieter einen guten Teil zu beigetragen hat. Ich würde es nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumlage in Santo amaro

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Objekt in Santa Amaro mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich jeweils an den gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Hauses und verfügen je über ein eigenes Bad. Das macht das Reisen mit älteren Kindern sehr angenehm. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Terrasse ist nicht überdacht, wodurch man sie nur bei gutem Wetter nutzen kann. Zudem muss man die Fenster bei Regen schließen. Und Regen hatten wir in den 14 Tagen im August doch an der Hälfte der Tage. .. Aber ansonsten: alles picobello!
