Villa for rent, approximately 150 square metres, nestled among olive trees. The three bedrooms—two double and one single—combine with the two bathrooms, the spacious living room, and the bright kitchen to offer stunning views of the surrounding greenery and the mountains beyond.
The home features a spacious and bright living room with a flat-screen TV, which opens onto a colourful kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Two spacious double bedrooms and an equally spacious twin room (which can be converted into a triple room by adding a single bed for €10 per night) complete the layout, along with two bathrooms featuring both a tub and a shower, all of which, when viewed from the outside, transforms into a riot of colours nestled in the surrounding green landscape.
The house is located 600 m from the sea and about 1.5 km from the towns of Cinisi and Terrasini; 20 minutes from Palermo, about 50 km from the beautiful San Vito Lo Capo, and 30 km from Scopello.
The villa is just a short walk from the Cinisi/Terrasini train station, 10 minutes from the bus station (Ast, Segesta, Russo), and 15 minutes from Falcone-Borsellino International Airport, to and from which a paid shuttle service is available.
The property is suitable for both smokers and nonsmokers. Pets are welcome free of charge, given the large garden surrounding the villa. Free parking and bicycle rentals are also available.
Among other amenities, the villa features an outdoor barbecue and air conditioning in every room.
