Beautiful house near mondello

Great house near mondello beach! 6 of us stayed in this house in August and we all loved it. The house was clean and decorated nicely. Has a great, spacious floor plan and with so many glass doors and big windows, to be able to open the whole house is amazing especially with it's beautiful view. There is no air conditioning, but since there's such a good breeze this is ok. There is also a backyard that is really cute and spacious. The house and backyard make it perfect to entertain a large group of people. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 showers which is a great asset. Salvo was accommodating with any concerns we had. The only negative I have to give the house is that there is no wifi and this was a really a big inconvenience, especially being on vacation from the US and that is the only way we could use our phones. Besides that, we overall really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Excellent host and apt.

Very clean, allergen free - no pets, no smoking , beautiful patio. Balcony with view of mountains and sea. With a car, reasonable drive to Palermo, Erice, Monreale. Near beaches and beautiful Cape Gallo.

Il n'y a rien à redire: nous avons été très satisfaites par l'accueil;le confort de la maison,située en bord de mer;non loin de Mondello,où il est possible de trouver tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin(alimentation,essence etc...) Une bonne adresse à recommander.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et Salvatore nous a accueilli très chaleureusement malgré l’heure tardive. Il a même prévu des pâtes et sauce ainsi que du café, lait , confiture, brioche pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin pour que nous puissions manger en arrivant car les magasins étaient fermés . La maison correspond parfaitement à la description du site et est très bien situé pour visiter Palerme et ses environs. Apparemment très spacieux et confortable ( nous étions 7 adultes) A conseiller en tout point Merci 1000 fois pour tout

Amazing villa

Our big company of 7 adults and a child spent a great vacation at amazing Villa Tea. There is everything you need for comfortable living and feeling you as at home. We could cook there using the grill delicious dishes and enjoy its in a wonderful garden. Wi-fi woks good. The only problem and it does't regard the villa - there is no supermarket arond. The nearest is in about 1.5 km and its quete expensise one. But if you are with the car - you can reach the other large in 10 minutes. The bus stop is in a few metres from the villa and the bus goes every 30 minutes, so to reach Mondello or Palero - no problem. Many thanks to Salvatore for his recommendations during our staing and hospitability!!!!!

una magnifica vacanza

Villa Tea di Chiara e Salvatore ci ha sorpreso per la sua posizione con vista panoramica, per la perfetta pulizia, per i suoi ampi spazi interni ed altrettanto per quelli esterni con un giardino particolarmente curato ed attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di far colazione e/o pranzare all'aperto. Completa e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire ad una famiglia di sette persone come la nostra, si trova anche in una posizione strategica fra le spiagge di Capaci e Mondello e la città di Palermo, comoda anche con gli spostamenti con la nostra auto grazie alla vicina autostrada che ci ha consentito agevolmente di visitare anche le mete circostanti del trapanese. Grazie anche a Chiara e Salvatore per la loro disponibilità per consigli e suggerimenti. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra !!!

Komfortable Ferienwohnung für große Familien

Die helle, freundlich ingerichtete Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet sich für große Familen und kleine Reisegruppen an. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das W-LAN bzw. Wifi ist nun auch nicht mehr limitiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken überrascht. Vielen Dank Salvatore und Chiara!
