Scacciapensieri Guest House is a charming three-story townhouse located just a stone’s throw from Piazza Grande, the heart of Arezzo’s historic centre.
It’s in an ideal location for exploring the city and its treasures, very close to the train station, which is easily reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment features, on the ground floor, a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities, including an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, moka pot, toaster, toaster oven, electric kettle, and a living room with an LCD TV and a sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed if needed.
On the second floor, the apartment features a double bedroom and, across from it, a spacious private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.
On the third floor is the second double bedroom, and across from the bedroom is a small balcony with a washing machine, where you can relax—perhaps reading a book while sipping a glass of good wine. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms and are located on two different floors; they are equipped with flat-screen TVs and fans.
The bedroom on the third floor can be configured with twin beds upon request at the time of booking.
The entire property offers free Wi-Fi.
Note: As the apartment is located in the historic centre, it has stairs.
Due to regional laws, our property is not permitted to provide breakfast service.
The apartment does not have air conditioning. Each room has a fan.
Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment does not have a garage.

Scacciapensieri Guest House is located in the heart of the Historic Centre, just a short walk from Piazza Grande (50 m). This means you can reach all the main attractions on foot, without needing a car. Please note that it is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
You may drive your car near the apartment from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM.
We recommend parking your vehicle at Parcheggio Pietri (partly free and partly paid) beneath the cathedral walls, where you can use the escalators to reach the apartment in about a 10-minute walk, or at Parking S. Agostino, a covered and secure car park with which we have an agreement, located about 500 metres from the apartment.
