Practically Perfect for us

We had a great 5 days! All amenities were as promised and the location was perfect! The condo was cute and as pictured. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious as needed. Centrally located for things to do on and off property. Suggestions- add where to put full bags of garbage during the stay- there was crazy amounts of beeping through the downstairs locked door that led to sleep interruptions and annoyance.

Overall a very good stay. Being by the hotel and golf course created a parking problem as all the unreserved parking was taken every day by workers and golfers. One of the reserved spots was taken by a golfer for most of one day. Not happy about having to park close to pool and then walk back to my condo.

Great for the price

The surrounding were beautiful. The condo was just okay. It was remodeled with a lot of gray paint. Everything repainted from floor to ceiling gray. You could not sit out on the balcony because the doors would not open. That’s okay because the furniture was rotting and it was very dirty. The inside was clean and comfortable. You will need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. We had ½ roll of toilet paper between 3 bathrooms.

Hello, Thank you for staying with Florida Vacation Homes . We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the community and that you found the condo clean and comfortable . Unfortunately, there are some units that the outside area are not available. As stated on the description, "Balconies, patios, and lanais are not accessible. During 2023 there may be construction occurring on the exterior of the building by the home owners association." Also, as stated on the Rental Agreement the units are self catering and guest are provided a starter kit. Guest are responsible for their own toiletries , trash bags and other items as stated. We are sorry to hear you did not like the paint of this particular units, the units are individually own and we do have other condos that might fit your décor preference . Good stay, problems with check in

I completed the ID verification process twice, which was required for reservations made less than 30 days prior to the stay. Despite completing the process several times, I was not sent a code to enter the property. I went to the office where they printed an email that I was supposed to receive. My check in process was needlessly delayed due to a sub-par reservations system.

Extremely unaccommodating host. Require lots of steps after booking with VRBO. If you don’t complete these steps, you won’t get a lock code.WiFi didn’t work for half our stay, and when it did, it was only downstairs, where there is no family gathering space. When fixed, it still didn’t work upstairs.AC can’t be turned below 72.Need an early check-in or late check out? You better ask 72 hours in advance and she’ll out 65 for each. When shower upstairs was on, there was a leak in downstairs bathroom.Mattress is quite old. Not great for sleeping. All in all, not a great staying experience.

Great option

Overall a great spot. AC on upstairs level was not working 100% and the wifi password was incorrect. But it was a short enough stay that neither was an issue.
