Enjoy your stay in one of only four TRUE ski-in, ski-out condos in beautiful Crested Butte, CO! This condo boasts a second slope-side entrance only 30ft from the Silver Queen Express chairlift. The condo features 1 king bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, and 2 balconies. It is decorated in a cozy lodge-chic aesthetic for year-round comfort. An outdoor hot tub is available in the building during the ski season and peak summer season. One parking pass is available for parking in the outside lot adjacent to the building, which is first-come/first-serve. *Note the fireplaces are decorative and no fires are allowed.

Crested Butte rocks year-round with world-class skiing, snowshoeing, and the Nordic center in the winter, and mountain biking, hiking, and festivals in the summer.

Located on Mt. Crested Butte at the Silver Queen Express chairlift.

Location Perfection

You can’t stay any closer to the main lifts than here. The hosts were super quick to respond to questions. Do be prepared for the music from the bar/restaurant next door from 3pm-5pm, (if you aren’t still on the slopes) but they did cut it off at 5pm sharp. Will absolutely stay here next time, if it’s available.

Excellent, convenient location at Mt Crested Butte

Property location is excellent - clean and amenities were as stated. Owner very responsive to questions. Great condo overall and would stay again. Only reason I took off one star is it would be great if the door lock was electronic rather than manual. Hard to keep up with keys on mountain and unlock door with gloves on and equipment in hand.

Perfect location, especially with kids in Ski school!

Highly recommend this unit for both the clean and warm atmosphere, literal steps from the lifts and ski school. Our 2 daughters slept great on the pullout with plenty of space. Having two bathrooms was also fantastic! Julie’s response times were always immediate and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Keeping this unit as our go-to for future trips. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Ski-In/Ski-Out Location!

Everything about Julia’s place was perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 adults and 2 elementary aged kids. We were there for a ski trip, and could not have had a better location or host. Julia was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. There was plenty of space for us, it was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything we could have needed was available in the kitchen, making cooking a breeze. The best part of the unit for us was having just a flight of stairs to access the slopes - it was AMAZING! Also, having the hot tub just a short walk away was so nice in the evenings. We always had it to ourselves, and it seemed very clean and well maintained. Hands down, we would love to come back to this unit! Next time I’d just book it for a longer stay!! 😊

Cozy Condo in Crested Butte

We booked this condo on a whim. We had been traveling Colorado for two weeks. We had a few days left at the end of the trip. We needed a place half way between Mesa Verde and Denver. This was our favorite of the choices. Close enough to the ski lift, you could roll out of bed and be on it in minutes. And what a view from the top! Parking was a bit confusing at first, but we met another couple who explained it to us. During the day there was construction going on and the windows were sealed shut, but otherwise all went well. The rooms were well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The drapes could use an update as they were falling off the hooks and the carpet needed to be cleaned; but other than that, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Crested Butte. The rental was clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient. It's on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to walk up the stairs to get to the unit. Also, there is a bar located just outside the main balcony, and there were several nights when there was a loud band playing. All in all, though, it was a nice condo and we had a lovely visit.

Great location/comfy condo. Easy to get on lifts and back for snack/lunch before finishing day on CB Mountain. Also super easy to catch shuttle to downtown CB.

Fantastic Location

As other reviews have stated, it's hard to imagine a better ski-in, ski-out location than this. The unit was perfect for my son and I and the king bed was very comfy. Communication with Julia was excellent - very quick and accommodating. The only minor complaint is that it is very easy to hear footsteps from the unit above if occupied. Not a problem except when the dwellers above are early risers!

Charming condo

We were in town for a summer bday so we couldn’t take advantage of the prime ski in ski out location, but the unit was perfect for our needs and just steps away from mtn shops and restaurants. Communication with Julie was a breeze and check-in/out could not have been simpler.

Nice place with good space and SO close to the lifts!

Great host and a great property. I would say it is the closest to the Silver and Red Lady lifts except the unit next door’s entry is maybe 4 feet closer. Seriously crazy close! As in faster to walk ‘home’ and make your own drink/lunch/etc. than to pop in to the cafe at the lifts. So convenient. And 2 bathrooms! Note that the building does not allow burning in the fireplaces - they’re just decorative. Great place and we had an excellent time!

Best location!

Christmas in Crested Butte was great. The convenience of this condo couldn’t be any better. You literally walk out the condo and load the Silver Queen or Red Lady. The condo was very well stocked and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Almost perfect

Overall, we were very happy with one exception. Because there is no A/C or fans, we needed to open both glass doors to cool the rooms. The unit is on the end of the bldg which is directly over an outdoor bar & grill and the ski lift, which was very noisy during our entire stay. This would not be an issue during ski season. Otherwise, everything was great.
