Holiday in Cadiz

This property is in a very good location in the old town.As always we had a lovely holiday in lovely Cadiz. The girls in Cadiz 4Rentals were very helpful and very communicative. Cadiz is a wonderful place to visit by day and by night and the mercado is buzzing at night with all the stalls open. We will return

A beautiful apartment In a beautiful city

We stayed in the apartment for a month. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay. A totally lovely place. Even prettier than the pictures. The internet was super fast. The management company Cadiz4Rentals was helpful and responsive. And the location was superb, right in the center of everything

Cadiz in October

This is a wonderful apartment with excellent facilities. It is right in the heart of the old town and so no more than 20 minutes walk to everything. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. We enjoyed our time sitting outside on the roof terrace too. When back in Cadiz we will definitely use cadiz4rentals again, and book Tacita if available

Perfect location and apartment

Apartment for extremely clean and tidy. love the old building but modern inside with great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds extremely comfortable. the location is superb for big and small carrefour and of course the main market. First time in Cadiz and Spain but will definitely be back as food is superb and very affordable. Staff at Cadiz4Rentals could not have been nicer or more helpful. One surprise was the trains. be sure to book well in advance even before you arrive as train back to the airport fully booked weeks in advance so had to spend 70 euros on a taxi. cant wait to come back to Cadiz

Die Wohnung war großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist genial, mitten in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umfeld gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Dachterrasse ermöglicht einen tollen Aufenthalt im Freien. Wir würden immer wieder hierher kommen.

Excelente atención personal y perfecta ubicación

La atención del personal tanto durante el proceso de reserva como durante la estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado y tenía todo lo necesario Aumentar el mobiliario del salón con al menos 1 sofá/butaca más ya que no hay suficientes asientos para 4 personas (sólo hay 1 sofá de 3 plazas), así como 1 mesita baja en el centro para poder poner bebida o comida en el salón. La mecedora es muy bonita pero muy poco estable.

Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ok. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Terasse eine Community Tsrasse ist und nicht nur zu der Wohnung gehört.Außerdem hat das 2. nur ein fenster in den Wohnungsflur und nicht nach draußen, Privatsphäre ist also eingeschränkt

Apartamento sobrevalorado

Realmente decepcionante , la entrada al edificio horrible con cucarachas el el lobby, deben haber advertido que es sin acceso a vehiculos pues el equipaje hay que trasladarlo caminando y cuando uno esta con niños es mas dificultoso , realmente decepcionante, no lo recomiendo

Aunque lamentamos que encontraras cucarachas en el recibidor del edificio, recuerda que reservaste un apartamento. Es decir, aunque entiendo que no es agradable, nuestra responsabilidad para con el edificio es limitada. Más aún tratándose de insectos y en verano cuando de todos es sabido que aumentan su presencia. Independientemente de ellos, ya hemos comunicado al gestor del edificio este hecho y hemos pedido que hagan algo al respecto. Respecto al acceso, se puede acceder con vehículo hasta 50 metros de la puerta del edificio del apartamento. Cuando las distancias son mayores, solemos avisar. Esperamos que la satisfacción general de su experiencia no se corresponda con la valoración que ha hecho, que haya podido disfrutar durante su estancia de la genial terraza y de las comodidades del apartamento. Spacious apartment in great central but quiet lication

The apartment was spacious, with two lovely modern walk-in shower rooms with rain head showers. Plentiful hot water and large comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private roof terrace and there was also a communal area on the roof for drying clothes. The apartment was spotless . We had an initial hitch with the electronic door lock, which was sorted out immediately with a quick phone call to the office. The apartment has physical keys as well, which we preferred to use. Cadiz isn’t big but this apartment in the centre meant it was just a short stroll to anywhere. Highly recommended.

Una escapada con amigos

El apartamento era muy cómodo y estaba muy bien situado. Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura electrónica y la empresa que lo lleva lo solucionó al momento, fueron muy eficientes. Repetiremos sin duda Todo estaba perfecto.
