With 120 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 8 people. It features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two balconies.

The area is well-served by shops, including a pharmacy and a post office.

Convenient for those arriving by car due to its proximity to the highway exit.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For check-ins between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee



Early check-in (before 2:00 p.m.) will be possible only if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.
