The master suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and is directly on the ocean with a private sliding glass door to the balcony. The Master Bathroom has an over sized walk in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is situated next to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and amazing views of the Halifax River. Every bedroom contains a flat panel television complete with digital cable.

Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen complete with cooktop stove and side by side refrigerator. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
