lots of character with a great setting and views of the mountains.Slightly dated and needs a little bit of mainteance here and there. very nice outside space and pool (few tiles missing and note depth of 2m)air con worked well in bedrooms and was essential due to heat/humidity. Road outside a little bumpy and hire car essential due to locationwould book again

Not a place for hot summers as use of air con. Is restricted to certain times and 150.00 extra is charged for free use!No provisions or cleaning materials provided, not even 1 bottle of drinking water on arrival!!!Lovely swimming pool and vistas from the villa.

The villa had a lovely outside area and the pool was amazing! Bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was an absolute boon! The area was beautiful with views of the mountains. We absolutely love Pollença and took advantage of our hire car to explore this beautiful region. We did have a problem with the electricity supply in part of the house on the Friday and it was fixed very quickly after a phone call.Our flight got into Palma very late so we were unable to take advantage of the supermarket delivery option on the day of arrival. This meant that we had no bottled water or food/snacks until the following day. There were no cleaning products left either such as washing up liquid or liquid soap or,indeed, matches which was slightly annoying.We had a really brilliant holiday and would recommend the villa to anyone!
