Traditional finca of 10 000 sqm, owned by a Mallorcan family, fantastically located between the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, the culturally and historically unique village, Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç. Surrounded by typical vegetation and a lovingly landscaped garden with advocado, banana, lemon trees, palm trees and local plants such as lavender and thyme. 3 different terraces for every time of day including barbecue. We have a pool and table tennis for young and old. Come to relax on this lovely Oasis. Free Pool Towels incl.!!

Fantastic villa for a family holiday.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful villa with stunning, well kept gardens and pool area. Pool was amazing and lots of choice for seating outside. Very spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, not far to drive to Puerto Pollenca or Pollenca old town. Marco was very helpful with advice and rcommendations.

Perfect Relaxing Holiday

The villa is located a short driving distance from Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. It is tucked away from any main roads and is extremely private. The outdoor facilities will entertain all ages and the house offers all that you need to have a very relaxing holiday with ample space. The area is well catered for with plenty of really good restaurants and wonderful markets held locally in beautiful old towns. Thank you Lorenzo, Marco, Toni, and family for being wonderful attentive hosts. Highly recommended.

Amazing!!!!!

The property is great, it has all you need for a holiday. Beds are comfy and bedrooms are air conditioned. Bathrooms are clean and the living area is huge. All the kitchen equipment is there. The areas outside are great and the pool is lovely. The location of the property is great. 2 minutes to the supermarket and petrol station and 10 minutes to Pollenca. We went to beaches and ate in the evening in Alcudia which was only 20 minutes away. Marco was so helpful and quickly answered any questions. We are hoping to come back next year as it was such a great place to stay, highly recommended!!

Beautiful oasis

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's property. The gardens and pool are gorgeous. Such a wonderful spot to spend the hot hours of the days. So many outdoor tables, areas to eat and play cards. Our family had a truly lovely time. Marco and his father in law Lorenzo are super helpful and welcoming. The house itself is cute and simple. Linens could use some updating, and it would be really nice to have some basic toiletries at the house like soap, shampoo, as there were none. The kitchen is equipped very well for cooking, but no basics like oils etc. Bedrooms have AC which worked great. Main spaces do not, so can get very hot. A fan would be great to have in living room and kitchen. We were mostly outdoors by the pool, which was heavenly. the gardens are beautifully maintained. We loved the location, as close to super markets, and close to so many wonderful different attractions. Cala San Vincent just 5 minutes away. Pollenca town super charming and great restaurants also 5 minutes away. Port de Pollenca just 10 minutes away with fantastic restaurants, more lively scene and gorgeous sandy beaches.

Nice place, nice people, nice hollidays!

Wonderfull lovely & great host familly - warm welcome - very reactive, they do all they can and their best to facilitate your stay. the outdoor pool table is a gorgious idea, tennis table, swiming pool, BBQ, summer outside kitchen, area to have a drink, the cats to take care...everything were perfect. Thank you to the Nadal familly, el papa padre, his daughter, Marco... such a taff..so much work to maintain such a property as it is...congratulations. We took advantage and enjoyed the villa but more than that we met nice people we would appreciate to have as our own family! Thank you!!! for the next holidaysmakers, please preserve and respect this wonderfull place in order we can take advante another time in the same conditions!

Rather disappointing

Firstly I’d like to point out that our hosts are lovely people, the grounds & location are fabulous, saying that we were a little disappointed in the accommodation itself. In a nutshell the photos don’t paint the entire picture. The single beds may be an issue as they are essentially child size, the en-suite shower is utterly undersized. The kitchen & bathroom taps sprayed and leaked. The mosquito screens are either damaged or completely broken in the bedrooms. The house although was clean at first glance, upon further inspection there were cobwebs in the corners & the towels & bedding had some light stains. Be sure to set a time for the hosts or repair people to enter the grounds, this happened frequently & without notice…..leading to one particularly awkward situation. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies there (like any other rental we have stayed in) ie: some water upon arrival (as you cannot drink from the taps) or garbage bags!! As well as every day basic's - spices, sugar, foil, clingfilm, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc the cupboards were absolutely bare. A picnic cooler & deck chairs for the beach should also be provided, we had to purchase a cooler which was an expense but as we left it there for the next house guest you can thank us!!!! This was not a cheap rental & we expected a lot more, I’m sorry to say that we can not recommend it to anyone else. Do your due diligence.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen mallorquinischen Villa. Ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und voller Charme, mit einem tollen Pool. Die Lage war perfekt, um Strände und Dörfer in der Nähe zu erkunden, und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Finca mit allem was man braucht und vielen schattige Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt und es ist alles (Einkaufen, Stadt, Strand) in 5 min. erreichbar. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Idyllische Gartenanlage

Die Finca steht auf einem sehr großen, ruhigen Grundstück. Sehr liebevoll gepflegte Gartenanlage mit sehr vielen sonnigen und schattigen Sitzmöglichkeiten- Terasse/ Pergola/ Grillhaus. Nur 5 min zur Cala San Vincente! Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist allerdings jeden Tag ohne Ankündigung zum Gießen vor Ort. Für uns war es kein Problem. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Katzen! Wir mussten immer aufpassen, dass sie nicht ins Haus kommen. Die Innenausstattung der Finca ist ist alt. Die Matratzen und Bettgestelle sind leider sehr alt, einfach und furchtbar wackelig und quietschen bei jedem Umdrehen in der Nacht. Die Klimaanlagen sind nicht laut aber auch nicht leise. Es gibt zum Abend viele Mücken und die Fenster haben leider keine Fliegengitter. Ohne Mückenspray kann man abends nicht draußen sitzen.Die weißen Handtücher hatten leider obwohl wir sie sofort gewaschen hatten, alle Flecken und waren sehr abgenutzt. Für jede Person gibt es nur ein Strandhandtuch, ein Duschtuch sowie ein kleines Handtuch. Die Geschirrhandtücher sind ebenfalls alt und abgenutzt. Es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad. Mit sechs Personen haben wir den Überblick verloren wem welches Handtuch gehört.Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, aber ein neues Besteck wäre dringend erforderlich.Es fehlt ein Staubsauger.Das zweite Bad gehört zum ist Master Bedroom hat eine super, super kleine Dusche!Alles in allem hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten Ende September extrem viele Mücken Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage (kein Nachbar) Sehr schöner riesiger Garten Sehr netter Vermieter Verbesserungswürdig: Es roch leicht muffig in den Schlafzimmern Teilweise abgewohnt, z.B Liegen, Gardinen Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer war etwas laut. Die Einzelbetten in einem Zimmer waren mehr Kinderbetten, da sie sehr wackelig waren Eine Lounge wäre klasse

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus und seine Gartengestaltung + Pool ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Check-in-Vorgang hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Bei früheren FEWO-Häusern haben wir meist Reste der Vormieter in Form von gewissen "Grundausstattungen" wie Zucker, Pfeffer, Filterpapier, Gewürze, Salz etc. vorgefunden, aber daran fehlte es vollständig. Das kauft man sich natürlich nach dem Ankommen selbst, aber für den "Einstieg" wären solche Vorräte hilfreich. Da die Nächte im Oktober bereits kühler sind, vermissten wir die Möglichkeit einer "Zusatz-Bettdecke". Den vorhandenen 3 Wolldecken (wir waren zu viert!) aus dem Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht so ganz getraut. Insofern waren die Nächte ein wenig "kühl". Leider gab es keine Weingläser. Es gab eine Espresso-Maschine, naja! Die „Presskaffee“-Kanne wäre, wenn man zu sechst wäre, viel zu klein. Da sollte vielleicht eine zweite Press-Kaffe-Kanne zur Verfügung stehen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in nächster Umgebung. Naja, aber alles im allen hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen!! Wir konnten von unserem sehr ruhig und schön gelegen Ferienhaus viele Unternehmungen in die nahe Umgebung machen.

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft. Marco und die Familie Nadal sind großartige Gastgeber. Ihr habt hier wirklich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme und die freundliche Kommunikation. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Liebevoll gestaltete Finca in ländlicher Umgebung am Tramuntana-Gebirge. Trotzdem gute Erreichbarkeit einiger toller Badebuchten sowie der Orte Pollenca und Port de Pollenca innerhalb weniger Minuten. Perfekte Begrüßung und Betreuung durch den Vermieter Marco. Vielen Dank dafür und gerne wieder.

Liebevoll angelegter Garten

Wir haben den Außenbereich des Hauses mit den vielen Pflanzen, dem Pool und den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr genossen. Auch die Betten waren bequem. Das Geschirr (Gläser) müsste mal erneuert werden. Auch schade, dass es keine Gewürze/Öl gab. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!
