The entrance hall is equipped with gas heating. The main living area includes a large living room with a TV and international TV channels (flat screen), as well as a smaller living room with another TV and international channels (flat screen). The open kitchen is spacious and features an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar and dining table. There are two separate guest toilets on the main level.

Amenities Included
The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. On the upper floor, you'll find four double bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a hand-basin, and a shower/WC. The second upper floor features a large children's room with six beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a TV, and international TV channels (flat screen), along with a shower, separate toilet, and double hand-basin. The villa boasts wooden floors throughout and a small balcony with a north-west facing position.
