A beautiful, recently renovated barn built with high-quality materials, measuring approximately 150 square metres, completely independent, with a large private garden of 500 square metres and a shared swimming pool. The property also features a stone barbecue, a private parking space, and free Wi-Fi. The barn is located in the countryside with views of the Chianti hills, yet just a few kilometres from all amenities; Florence, Siena, and Arezzo are about a 30-minute drive away.
The kitchen and living area are on the ground floor, featuring a TV and dining room. On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms with panoramic views.

Huis was schoon en apparatuur functioneerde allemaal goed.

Huis prima en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is meer geschikt voor kleine kinderen.
