Margaritaville -New Oceanfront Home w/Elevator & Reverse Floor Plan 3,000 sq ft

Ocean front 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath with reverse floor plan (Kitchen and Master Bedroom on top floor). House is loaded with Elevator, Ice Maker, Hardwoods throughout, 2 Outdoor Showers and 4 Captains Chairs on top deck. Gorgeous views of the entire island as well as the Topsail Sound. Home sleeps 12-14. Four of the five bedrooms face the ocean. King bed in the master bedroom, 3 queens and sets of 2 bunks in the back bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa in living area. Smart HDTV's with cable and wifi in each bedroom. (No cable box in bunk bed room - only Wi-Fi for Netflix etc.) We have Wi-Fi all over the house. The house has a washer and dryer for guest to use. We have been renting beach cottages on Topsail Beach for 32 years and Margaritaville is the best one we have been privileged to occupy! It is extremely well laid out, is well appointed, has the best view of the beach by far, and the elevator made it a breeze to get all our stuff in and out!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

The house is great but renters should be aware that he main bedroom on the top floor and one of the bedrooms on the second floor do not have access to a closet as the closets in those rooms are locked and reserved for the owner

Every VRBO I have rented has always had linens. I think the description should explicitly say linens are not included. Having information about a linen company on the refrigerator is a little late.

Family Beach Visit June 2025

Fantastic house and fantastic host. Somehow the link to the linen rental company had fallen off the website so we were surprised to arrive and not have sheets on the beds, but the host was extremely responsive and put us in touch with a linen rental company that could deliver that day. The house was well-equipped - we’ve already booked again for next year and made notes to ourselves that we don’t need to bring anything for the kitchen because it’s well-stocked. The new outdoor shower systems had fantastic pressure. We had a 2 and 4 year old so the huge amount of open space on the top floor was awesome for kids activities, and the elevator was a game-changer for check-in and check out.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our week here ! We loved that the beach was very private! We had such beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets. The home was very clean and the elevator was the best ! Owner was quick to communicate with any questions we had. Hope to rent again next year !

Spectacular week!

This is our 2nd year staying here and we love the house and the beach. The weather, water and beach were fantastic all week. Dan and Tammi make themselves available if you need them. They really do take care of their guests and the house has just about everything you might need.

Wonderful place

Enjoyed our stay tremendously - elevator is awesome for ease of move-in and move-out. Place was nice and clean and well stocked on the kitchen with kitchen-ware. Beautiful to sit in the top deck and watch the ocean. Only issue we had was couldn’t get propane grill to fire up. But that was minor and we really enjoyed Margaritaville!

Great get away spot

This is a beautiful home and we had an amazing vacation. There was something for everyone; relaxing on the beach, shopping, fishing, kayaking, and so much more. We enjoyed being able to cook meals in the spacious kitchen and being able to take a break from meal prep and go to restaurants near by. The azaleas were in bloom and were gorgeous to see. We had three couples and we were able to each have our on dedicated bathrooms. The elevator was a lifesaver with all of our luggage and groceries. The outdoor shower made for quick cleanup to get any excess sand off. We are from a northern state where it was snowing and around freezing while we were here, the 60-78 degree temperatures were a pleasant change of pace. The owners have thought of everything!

Awesome House & Beat Location on Topsail

I cannot say enough about this house. We have rented in Topsail for 30 years and this is the best house ever! This is our third time in Margaritaville and it is awesome. The location is the best on the south end of Topsail. It is on a private side street so there is little to no traffic. The front is sunny and gorgeous. I paint so we sit below and paint on canvas. The backyard is beautiful with a sodded yard to play, grill, sit, relax... There is a hammock, chairs, grills (both gas and charcoal). It is all hardwood flooring, no carpet is a plus for us and allergies. It is very well laid out and beautifully decorated. This house has everything a traveler would want, a full stocked kitchen, ice machine, two tables for eating or puzzles, a very large island with barstools for eating, socializing, etc. It is a wonderful kitchen and living area combination with so much room. This year we went in Feb and it has a fireplace for ambiance and cozy touch. There are “smart tv’s” in every room. The teenagers love this for Netflix, etc. There is a downstairs den/sitting area with a recliner, a nice modular sofa for the kids to have their own space. BONUS!! We loved all the amenities, bedrooms, hot water heater that never runs out (important with a lot of people). Margaritaville has two outdoor hot/cold showers. One is enclosed under the house and the other is on a large square decking as you come off the private beach walk way. The bedrooms are comfortable, all tastefully decorated, clean and cozy. The 3.5 bathrooms clean and convenient for every room. There are a lot of places to go read a book, there are large captains chairs on the top floor to see over the deck at the views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day. We found loads of sharks teeth and shells. This spot must be known for surfers as we always catch some surfers late in the afternoon down the beach. Our family had a great time. Tammi and Dan were great to work with and accommodating. We will be back!!

Another great week

Could not have been better from the weather to the stay at the house. If I could change anything it would the hike over the new dunes, but we all managed. This house is easy to entertain different ages without feeling on top of each other. Thank you for sharing.

We are from Raleigh, NC. Our family has been going to Topsail Beach for 20 + years. We decided it was time for us to own our own home. We looked and looked but decided to build our dream house. We love it so much!! We hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

You will love this house. It is located on a quiet side street (not the main drag). The location is quiet and peaceful and safe for families that enjoy walking, running and biking. The house sits about one half mile from the Jolly Roger Pier, which has shopping, restaurants and beach rentals.
There are three decks and oustside seating on every floor, outside of every bedroom. There is a Smart HDTV in each bedroom with premium cable and/or Wi-Fi (Netflix, Hulu etc.).
There are two outdoor showers. One is located on the deck going to and from the beach, the other is fully enclosed and private, on the ground level in the rear end of the house. Landscape lighting illuminates the stairs and decking in the evenings.
The house is very comfortable and decorated with coastal motifs and bright colors. The elevator is an awesome addition for this large house. The elevator comes in handy when hauling luggage, groceries and laundry. It is also a must have for elderly and handicapped people. My husband loves the ice maker. Always at the beach, stopping for ice was a daily or two day chore and a freezer hog... not anymore. We love the ice machine. We wish we had one at home in Raleigh.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views, walk to marina, boat slip, shops, pier and restaurants, all located blocks from the tiny cute town of downtown Topsail.
Three blocks directly across the street on the west side of the home are several sound and intercostal accesses. These are perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards, if you like to explore the estuaries, sand bars and natural beauty of coastal North Carolina.
