Great Beach Front Stay!

The house was perfectly located as it was close to restaurants and mere steps from the beach. In addition, it was very clean and well-equipped. We will definitely look to stay here again during future visits to Topsail.

Wonderful Beach Front Stay

The house is perfectly located with something for everyone. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space for our family. The house was very clean and well-appointed, and the host was easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful property! Everything as described & property was clean & well equipped. Nice location. We could walk on the beach to the nearby pier as well as take a quick walk to a boardwalk on the sound. Restaurants, etc nearby also. Would stay here again!

Great house on the beach!

We loved this house! There was plenty of room for us (4 adults and 5 kids) and everything we needed! Bridget was great! We especially loved being right on the beach and having the outside shower with hot water to the rinse off the kids.

A wonderful family vacation! Loved the home! Only problem it took 1 hour from house to bridge due to number of people leaving island. House was clean and liked that it provided linens and beach towels.

Absolutely Amazing

If you’ve ever dreamed of a magical Christmas, this is the place to have it. We went up there the week before Christmas, the house was gorgeous. The location was breathtaking. Waking up with my entire family with the sun peeking over the waves on this gorgeous location was what memories are absolutely made of.

The pictures do not do this home justice! It is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you can think of. My family and I loved spending time snuggled up reading, doing a crab boil, taking a stroll on the pier, playing on the beach and much more! Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach side home

Great place for a family vacation especially when there are small children involved. Private access to the beach makes all the difference in the world. Everyone had a wonderful time on the beach and in the home. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and a nice layout for everyone to be together. We would definitely come back!

Perfection!

We travel to Surf City several times a year and like to stay in different ocean-front beach houses each time. This house was our favorite so far and we will be staying here again! The view from the balcony was the perfect place to spot dolphins swimming by, there was plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the elevator made unloading and loading our stuff from the car a breeze. Would highly recommend this amazing beach house!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

This is a beautiful home, well suited for a large family or group. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of space for a couple people to be cooking at once, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and plenty of dishes and silverware for our whole family. The house is situated on a beautiful section of the beach, far enough away from the pier, but still within walking distance of downtown. Highly recommend!

Perfect in many ways!

The house was everything we wanted to be together to celebrate a 60th birthday! It provided rooms and restrooms to accommodate all of us. We were all able to sit at the table together for meals. Also, sitting outside on the decks brought lots of story telling and laughter. The only thing missing was a fire pit to make s’mores or a grill to bbq.

Labor Day Getaway

Our short stay was awesome! The house was in great condition, super clean, and wonderfully prepared & decorated. Loved the Apple TV, the comfortable beds, and large gathering space. It was so cozy it felt like we were visiting a family member! The deck and sitting space was great for just watching the ocean waves and renaming in the shade after a hot day. Access to beach was PERFECT and the little hanging & showering off spot next to the house was so well designed and built. We loved this house, the location, and everything about it. We’ll definitely be back!

Piece of Heaven in Surf City!

The property was just what we were looking for! ON the beach, no dragging gear back and forth. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen & bathrooms were well equipped for our group. Board games and puzzles came in handy for our one rainy day. Elevator was useful, but tricky to get the hang of. We would definitely stay here again, but bring our bikes!

Perfect paradise!

Better than the pictures and so much space, this property was everything I could ask for and more! Room for everyone, elevator for my elderly father, BEST MORNING COFFEE SPOT and everyone said I couldn’t have picked a better place for our annual family vacation. We come to topsail every year and can’t wait to come back here next year! Private beach access, plenty of parking, quiet, SO didn’t want to leave. The place was very clean, all the furniture was comfortable and homey yet we felt like we were someplace expensive too. Thank you so much for everything Brigit!

We had such a lovely stay at this home! The location in Surf City and on the beach was just perfect! The house is lovely, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms are comfy, the view fantastic, and the the elevator a nice benefit for heavy suitcases or coolers or a friend with access issues. Bridget was super responsive to any questions or other communitcations. I want to return!
