Cosy woodland off grid Shepherds Hut - Hazel

A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the best of both worlds. You will be able to explore South West Scotland at your own pace as well as enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in your comfortable shepherds hut.

The huts are off grid, which means there is no electricity or mains water, but water is supplied on site. In times of drought or freezing weather the shower may not be available. Situated in a field, surrounded by woodland and wild rivers, you’ll be sharing the communal shower and will find everything you need for a perfect stay.
Your hut has a woodburning stove and single gas camp stove, double bed and campfire. It has its own composting toilet. Pots, crockery and cutlery too.

A great place to stay.

A great trip in a very warm and cozy shepherd's hut. Fantastic hosts who couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. All the facilities are excellent and the hut is in a beautiful location.

Perfect holiday

Perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, hut cosy and estate was beautiful. Owner was v. friendly and made sure we were ok on the first day.
